TESTIMONIAL REVIEW OF THE FIRST DVD OF FOUR, INITIATION ONE - MEDITATION
Prior to seeing the "Initiation One" Video my 50 year old legs would go numb within 10 minutes any time I tried to meditate sitting on the floor with legs crossed in "easy position". After making the adjustments suggested in the video I can sit for 40+ minutes without any sign of numbness or strain. I'm sure I'll be able to go much longer with practice. An alternate method of sitting "saddle style" was also shown and it too provided numbness and pain free meditation.
The next part of the video described how to align the spine so that it is square to the earth. Once in alignment I could easily feel the current from the center of the earth flowing though me. This was very energizing.
These two changes alone I feel will dramatically impact my meditation progress for the better.
The breathing technique given was not unlike techniques that I've used before. So it wasn't a major breakthrough for me. However, with the above two changes I think any breathing technique would be greatly enhanced.
Overall, I think that this video gives the two most important and often overlooked keys to meditation. First is finding a sitting position that is comfortable for a long duration and second is squaring the body to tap into the earth's energy system.

I think you have to be a computer expert to download these initiations and to install the codec which allows the videos to play on your computer. Below I have added in a lot more as well as the video. Use the whole URL as well as the .avi.. Copy and paste into the Getright Download Manager. Certainly the new DVDs are a lot easier to use.
Focus on Initiation 2 for now and use the textual backup which goes with each video.

Below is my review of "Energy Enhancement Initiation 2" of 28 Energy Enhancement Initiations - The Circulation of the Energies.
Energy Enhancement Initiation 2 is the micro-cosmic orbit that is taught in many forms of qi gong, with two major improvements.
First you learn how to identify where you have blockages and second you learn a couple of techniques on how to clear the blockages. I had practiced the micro-cosmic orbit in the past but lost interest in it because of the lack of progress I had.
I have been practicing the micro-cosmic orbit using the techniques in Energy Enhancement Initiation 2 for the past couple of weeks and have noticed steady progress. One thing I have noticed a natural flow of saliva which fills my mouth within a few minutes anytime my tongue is in proper alignment.
Besides feeling the micro-cosmic orbit more clearly, I can also feel a stronger kundalini flow when I align myself as taught in Energy Enhancement Initiation 1.
I have identified the blocked areas of my spine and body and have been using the Energy Enhancement techniques to remove them.
