Dear Swami Satchidanand,
Thankyou from the heart for initiation 1. It was a
packed treasure trove of divine secrets.
And i know that's just the tippy-tip of the iceberg!
i have been practicing the meditation taught. And
sure,
pain in ankle and hip joints...upper back.
My body, bones are weak so this a great
strengthening
routine and habit for me to adopt now and always;
also
as it is the answer for silencing my mind and most
of
all, for opening my heart...connecting with my
highest
heart in Beloved Union
Too, the positive benefits to feel the presence of
the
negativity in me so i will know what, where, how
much
needs to be cleared and released... and that with
frequent meditation with the heart sutra, the
cleansing
can finally begin...
Re: the meditation posture, hips need to open up
much
more, but despite the imperfect asana, i did find, i
think, the antahkarana pathway. At that point where
you
had pointed at the back of the head in video, is
where
i felt something like a charge of electricity
running
through, my hair feeling static at that point.
i have to keep practicing though, cause often i have
difficulty finding it again..
As a beginner, and though, this being Very early
days
in the process, i am thrilled and very Grateful to
have
this guide of light and divine power to practice
aligning with and connecting to!! ThankYou!
By the way, when you first began chanting the heart
sutra i literally lost my balance and fell off the
cushions onto the floor! that is what you call -
sonic
kundalini!!
During that reverent mantra when it happened, i had
to
hold back a giggle :)
And when i first heard the beautiful sung mantra by
Devi of "Om
Namaha Shivaya" i actually forgot to chant along..so
caught up listening... Her voice is just pure
healing.
I wanted to ask about breathing..
- Between the inbreath and outbreath, do i need to
hold my breath for same length of time, or not
necessary?
- i am not sure how to do the ujayi pranayama
properly.
Does the tongue have to partly block the airway too
in
the throat, or be situated anywhere on the roof of
the
palette?
- An unpleasant sound hiss comes out especially
breathing out...is that the result?

I write you everyday with an update and ??sss....
And in the likelihood that the questions are silly, not
very evolved, you might really have to take some deep
breaths - in and out - for me! :)

i am not psychic (as yet:) but i thankyou in advance
for the unwavering support and help that i know i'll be
blessed to receive, ONCE the work is done on my side.
Daily questions and updates with you will ensure that i
Defeat for good this overwhelming energy blockage of
mine for sooo long - procrastination!!
It has depleted my strength of will tremendously over
time. I am certain i have many blockages in solar
plexus to clear, amongst all the other chakras in & out
of body...
Nonetheless, i must have done something really good in
my life/ past lifetime for The One Highest Heart to
lead me to you both...to finally heal and embody the
SOL i was meant to be....that is meant for every single
one of us..
Questions:
1. I am getting a bit more consistent in finding that
divine power source - i also sometimes feel light-
headed..seeing sometimes unformed moving images of
light - when i feel i enter this center-spot/space - so
though i haven't mastered this yet, would it help me to
do initiation 2 of level 1 now, to help me get more
energy and strength and find the antakharana easier and
faster?
2. i was reflecting on your thesis..."that all
traditional meditations were designed to fail"...
I must say...that certainly caught my attention when i
found your website.
Although mystic traditions have always operated on the
'unseen' level to obviously protect the integrity of
its teachings over time and to whom they are shared, i
am at a loss as to why generally, teachings of removing
energy blockages - the 2nd level of your Energy
Enhancement, are not taught in any other meditation
training which ought to be part of every mystic
tradition?
3. We can understand that teachings offered to those
whose self-will is not aligned to God's will, giving
them access to unbridled power WITHOUT clearing those
blocks to allow for their Godconnection is literally
the workings of the dark, isn't it? But with teachings
on cleansing and transmuting negativity to love seem
hardly as something to withhold from anyone, stymieing
their process of soul evolution into pure light?
- maybe what you mean...is that what you offer in level
II is an amalgam of all cleansing methods from all the
mystic traditions?
of course, although in my heart, my love for God lives,
with all these blockages of mine blocking my own
permanent alignment with God's will, plus with this
limited intellect, there is only that much one truly
understands without direct experience, so whatever
clarification you can give on this, correcting me where
i'm wrong, i'd be really grateful.
i promise to ask shorter questions tomorrow :)

Dear Swami Satchidanand,
i did initiation 3 today.
I visualized the golden chord of light and me going
deep down into the earth, going down the different
layers of rock until down to the white molten rock with
blue flashes of light. Often i was losing the
visualization of the journey down to burn the
blockages. My blockages are impeding my visualization
ability big time.
So, instead, to make it simpler, i went directly into
the white sacred flame and i just started dancing and
joyous in defiance of all the guk keeping me back. i
stayed in that moment till the end.
My knees started to hurt a lot, i got a lancing shock
of pain in my right thigh, legs, and my neck and throat
hurt. And throughout i was sweating with Kundalini
heat.

What you said at the end of the initiation:
"The ego wants you to believe that it is you, but it is
not. it is up to you to be the Soul and assert that you
are in charge..It is a force of Will that comes from
God Itself that will free you from these viruses."
That statement went straight into the center of me. At
this very moment now...that is exactly what i needed to
hear and know.
i've got a highly developed tricksterish ego that often
can fool me and does so, if i don't consciously keep it
in check. Often it leaves me not trusting myself.
With what you said...that one statement of Truth, i
felt a release and a cleansing from much self-doubt and
mistrust.
My soul shines with Thanks for this.
Now the key is Practice, practice, practice meditation
using this technique and the others to come...
Little by little i know i'll get there :))

Hello! dear Swami Satchidanand!
i was thinking of you when i saw your email. That indeed, i need to update you
now
re: initiations 4, 5, & 6, and update you first thing tomorrow with initiations
7& 8, as some time has elapsed since last email.
All in all, please do forgive my delay with the updates... although they say
that everything happens exactly at the moment when it is supposed to!! :)
Hmmm.....which blockage speaks there?!
Meditating has been going OK thanks.
I meditate once or twice a day no shorter than 30 mins... 1 hour longest time so
far for me.
And indeed, faithfully, legs always ready to break into little pieces after
sessions :)
1: Initiation 4 (Macrocosmic Orbit)
I followed your guide.. up through the Macrocosmic Orbit and went past all the
galaxies...to the Sun at the ctr. of the universe.
- The first sun that represented the Soul i think, was not a clear visualization
for me, nonetheless i bathed in the light as best i could - blockages to my soul
there for sure, i think.
- I moved up to the Monad which was actually much easier for me to see and
circulate the higher energy around my body and down to the ctr. of the earth. (I
felt a pain like a needle plunge deep into my left heel...later felt some pain
in my upper back, shoulders.)
And again to make it easier for me, as i feel, much better than i see, i was
dancing in the Monad's light. And then strangely... i sort of instinctively just
began to whirl as a sufi dervish with my hands and head up basking in God's
light..
- and so moving up in the form of a spiral i went to Logos - (blockages on the
way there too i think as the vision of it not always a constant one...in any
case, i was too busy swirling in delight!)
- then, was swirling up into the light of Sirius star but never actually got to
the destination - the session ended and also too i felt as if i couldn't go
higher although i felt the light.
And yet, despite this feeling, i heard a voice in my head ask the question:
"how Real is this experience really, for me, as i can't even see blockages, or visualize much of anything?"
"Yet after this momentary briefest touch of a spiritual experience, i just began crying and crying...and when i eventually stopped, i felt light and free."
How real? My energy blockages...all my Gollum sub-personalities... got the answer to their question.
Actually, before i began this initiation i knew i had some mega blockages all the way to the centre of the universe.
I had just put on your video for this 4th initiation - your intro talk with the animated image/demo of the macrocosmic orbit came on - when i paused it having forgotten something in another room - (Distraction!). One/two minutes later, on my way back to begin and complete the full initiation, i hit my left little toe hard on some furniture and fractured it.
And as it happened, i thought, "well, well, i've got a real battle on my hands here... some deep blockages up north... really desperate for me not to do this one, or continue period with this program!"
And the next day, i slipped on the stairs and sprained my right ankle (slight sprain though).
By the time i finish the other levels which get to the removal of the real deep energy blockages and negative karmic mass, i might be bandaged up..all the way up to my eyebrows!
So, first of all, i have to be more careful...
I wasn't born on a Thursday you know, remember that saying.."Thursday's child is full of grace!" (like our dear swami Devi !!:)
And so with fractured left little toe and sprained right ankle, more than ever, i had to assert the boss, "Who is in charge?!" - Your words stay with me - :)
Its a lesson for me to be really Vigilant, as i am sure to meet during this Energy Enhancement process, at every stage, efforts of sabotage.
Another thing that stayed with me, was your final talk of the initiation on energy blockages..
And those messages that stay with us are always those that were meant for us to receive and contemplate...
You spoke of a very gifted student of yours, Guillermo... and that your mentioning to him of him being a dark magician in a past life caused the triggering and unleashing of a blockage to the surface. Although I deeply empathize with him and the reaction - maybe to a subconscious fear and to the shock and disbelief - i truly understand the importance of that message for all of us....for me.
i've always had a deep reluctance..fear to own my power. And what i;ve always felt to be the core cause or reason for it has been a deep knowing or feeling that in a past life or past lifetimes i indeed too, misused or abused my power. i have no psychic ability so i could never confirm this but i know what you mean when you spoke of some trait or knowing that is wired in our soul's hardware.
And though i've had opportunities to supposedly 'get ahead' in this world, each time i would consciously walk away from it. And i can't say if these are acts of cowardice or courage on my part, all i know is that i have done it with absolutely no regrets because i knew there was something else, something more awaiting me....
Yet, before anything, i knew i must clean house...how else to be in union with the Beloved but without ego...and with an open and pure heart. Personal insight has its benefits but it can be haunting too, when we can see our wounded reflection in the mirror and not have a clue how to heal.
And then... energy enhancement materializes out of thin air in front of me...as God's answer.
I sincerely hope that Guillermo and all of us who share this in common, realize we might actually be, in a way, the fortunate ones having already learnt lessons in past lives about using power and so be wired in this incarnation to abide by divine law. Nothing set in stone though with an Ego still lurking, but with these energy techniques - a distilled divine energy brew fermented from thousands of lifetimes of lessons themselves on the higher use of energy and power - we can truly transmute and wash away for good the deep shame and guilt of not aligning self will with God's Will...so that never again our souls fall in darkness..

3. After practicing this exercise in meditation to gain more energy and establish a soul connection, how does one actually go about communicating with soul and higher self for guidance and insight?
4. Once someone becomes enlightened can s/he fall out of enlightenment, or is one in this constant state of GodUnion after having spiritually awakened?
I: Initiation 5 (Projecting Energy)
With respect to this initiation: projecting energy to food was a mixed one for me.
I am not able to see energy fall or rise to determine the quality of food - good or bad.
It is much easier for me to visualize energy coming from heart than the third eye. Not accustomed to using the third eye so i'll have to keep practicing... it is a very important thing to be able to know what we put in our system.
I was able to visualize the grounding of the food/drink with the upside down pyramids with red caps down to the ctr. of the earth and energizing the food with universal divine energies with the tower of packed pyramids with white cap up to the ctr. of the universe.
For the past few months, i have been doing a ritual before i eat or when i prepare food for others.
I inhale God energy into my heart and with my hands above the food/drink i exhale and channel the energy from heart through my hands to the meal..thanking God for energizing this food with universal divine energies. I don't know if it works but i do it anyway with faith. I'll keep practicing your techniques to build my 3rd eye.
Re: the projection of energy to Jesus
I visualized him in front of me, projecting energy from 3rd eye and heart chakra. He was looking at me intently, a faint smile in his eyes. I was pulled into his gaze and was sort of in a trance until the end immersed in his gaze,. I did not feel any energy into chakras. it felt like he was trying to help me remember something/s...soul's lost memories.. i don't know.
In the end, i saw his beautiful open glowing heart as he continued to look at me in the same way.
something seemed familiar i don't know
1. Could you offer any insight re: my experience with Jesus? Not much happened i know, but whatever you share will be perfect - i don't have any experience in this noumenal realm. Thankyou.
2. Given that the physical body is the most gross, least subtle of our other bodies - emotional, mental and spiritual - if there are much toxcitity does it make this body hold the densest amount of negative energy always more than the other bodies? Or is it that energy blockages locked in the subtlest bodies are the most challenging to remove? Maybe i discover this answer in level II...
3. Given that an inability to visualize is also a symptom of energy blockage, can it be too that each person may have a stronger innate ability in another form of heartsight, say clairaudience, or clairsentience than say clairvoyance?
4. Are there any exercises that you can recommend that would help develop or improve visualization ability?
5. Is healing energy stronger when coming from the heart and third eye? or does it come from the heart only? or Crown chakra too? I'm not very clear on the role of the chakras in projecting divine energy.
I: Initiation 6 - (Psychic Protections)
INTENSE!!
The growing weight on my head of stronger higher energies beaming in was a Great Feeling!!
I was exhausted by the end.. sweating but it was Great!!
Thankyou dear Swami Satchi for such a divine invention of psychic protection!!
All this is completely foreign to me so i am heartfelt grateful for your step-by-step guidance, instruction and support.
I will follow your guidance through the video when i practice constructing columns and circles of protection until i have it down.
1 question:
in the same way we can construct this psychic protection around our home, land etc. If we wish also to create psychic protection for a loved one we must ask them for their permission before doing this so as not to violate someone's free will?
Oh! this is a long email, isn't it? i confess that writing précis was never one of my strengths.
