Today I sat in a chair and listened to
the heart chant initiation 1 for the first time. I was focusing on aligning my
shoulders and spine forward and backward between the two lines of power from the
center of the earth. And picturing the immovable mountain. Focusing on my
breathing, closing the anus. I stayed in for the first four minutes. Then I got
tired and openned my eyes, for about 7 or 8 seconds. Then I was so drowsy I had
to close my eyes again. Then after about another four minutes I was tired again.
Then the same thing but this time I focused on nothing but the energy from the
earth entering the base of my spine and coming into my heart. Right from the
beginning of the meditation I felt my energy all over my whole chest, even now.
But at the last when I focused on it coming from the earth, I immediately felt
very, very powerful energy and I didn't move to find it. My back straightenned
up automatically to the alignment and I was kind of "stuck" in that position
with the power flowing. From there it was hard for me to stop meditating when
the chants were over. Very powerful. Even without magnets. My question is about
my focusing. Is it wrong to "imagine" the power or the alignment or the energy?
or should we imagine until we feel it? Or both? Am I focusing on the right
things?

"Miracles, Miracles and yet
more Miracles!! Every day was a Miracle on my Course as my Ego Blockages bit the
dust! I remember one day just after removing one of the most difficult Implant
Control Blockages I ended up prostrating at the feet of Satchidanand in Tears of
Gratitude.
The Power of Satchidanand when
focused on the Blockage was beyond my comprehension, and yet the blockage was
resisting. With steady application from Satchidanand even that blockage was
dissolved and Grounded. No-One Else could have removed that blockage as it was
too strong!! And yet up to that point Satchidanand allowed me remove every other
blockage we found by myself. He only entered into the fray when it was
absolutely necessary and this built up a steady body of Confidence that I could
handle everything which the course threw at me!!
From a guy who could barely
feel the energy blockages at the start of the course, I have grown into a Healer

of one of my blockages and he held it for me whilst I felt into it and healed it
by myself.
The blockage was one where I
complained bitterly to God for everything which happened which I did not like -
which was almost everything. The blockage was powered by the most bitter hatred
such that everything in my life felt like shit and this Hate filled Blockage was
just confirming that my life was Shit!! Satchi said, "everything on
this course has happened perfectly, and joked, "I am the Hand of God on this
Planet" and indeed everything on the course did happen perfectly and just at the
right time.
Directly after
watching this film, I had a powerful healing-teaching experience: I realised
that the blockage Satchi was holding for me was a powerful energy-blockage
within me which thinks it knows best all the time. This blockage caused great
anger and frustration in my life. I experienced a wondeful healing and teaching
when I understood the nature of this blockage and released it back to God. This
teaching was all about letting go of all the selfish expectations in my life and

“V” IN
INDIA "THE GOOSE IS OUT!!" THOMAS BLAIRS REPORT JULY 9TH 2010 I have been to see Satchi & Devi almost once a year since
2005, and I have to say, that I have never been let down. Every time they greet
me at the airport I am received in an atmosphere of great warmth, positivity and
generosity, into which I soon relax and know that it’s safe to be me with all my
“luggage”. In June 2010 I recently went on a 6 week course they were holding in
India. In the weeks I spent with them it was clear that the
blockages I was removing with their help, were increasing the amount of energy
flowing through me during meditation. I have never been one to naturally take to
meditating, but with these new experiences of Samadhi (sam – with, adhi –
light), it was certainly making it possible for me to sit for much longer
periods. I must concede, that on more than one occasion I started to
object and complain about what we were doing, and the methods employed to
transmute the blockages in my being. Satchi & Devi would patiently wait for me
to see that the person complaining was not the real me, it was not the soul
infused personality that I really am, but rather the voice of the blockages that
did not want to go. There are different types of blockages, and of course, the
easy ones are the first to go, but I was now experiencing some really tough
ones. They can certainly be very cunning these blockages, and its thanks to the
experience and energy of Satchi & Devi that I was able to continue on my way to
overcome some really strong blockages. My experiences of Samadhi: The first time I experienced
anything other than a calm mind in meditation was actually the very first course
I attended with Satchi & Devi in Spain. The experience of energy surging through
my body was first felt in my 1st and 2nd chakras. It was like having champagne
bubbling away in my lower abdomen. Before I talk about my experience here in
India, I think it would be useful to describe briefly and partly a technique
used to commence the flow of energy and so the entry into Samadhi. It’s to do
with using the mind to visualise chakras above the head and below the base
chakra to infinity. For me, the concept of infinity and trying to imagine this
distance above my head, kind of triggered a bypass switch in my mind, and all of
a sudden my mind was quite literally replaced by a surge of electricity and
light – Samadhi. "If the Map is Correct, Experiences Follow" - Satchidanand This time here in India I was experiencing different levels
of Samadhi. During meditation I notice the attainment of a constant flow of
energy through my being which gets more and more intense, and rises further and
further up my body, the higher I go up the chakras above my head to an
inconceivably bright and intense sun. Quite often my breathing slows or even
stops a while at the head of an in-breath as my head feels infused with light.
My body feels like it is being purified, and in fact it is, as light is being
shone through me. I always finish the meditation feeling more positive about my
life and the world around me and a feeling that really everything is ok. Over and above this, I receive what I would describe as
bolts of light lasting between 2-5 seconds. During these brief moments, I am no longer a body with
senses or even a sense of weighing or being anything, and am unable to think. "In the Buddhafield we find we can Move On More Quickly!" -
Satchidanand It’s my experience that the body is like a resistor in an
electronic circuit. The more blockages we have, the greater the resistance to
the light. By removing a significant number of blockages, I have reduced the
resistance of my gross and subtle body, and am now able to sit in Samadhi with
ease. And of course, the more light I can sit in, the more blockages I can
remove - now that’s what I call spiritual progress! Thomas Blair

I underwent a profound change in my energy last night after my main ego blockage
submitted.
Then I felt all this peaceful
energy throughout my whole body – it felt like cosmic/space/universe energy.
Something like a peaceful energy from space (as if I had a whole entire universe

The sacred
cup or chalice is collecting the energies of the Soul. The naked before God,
lady Soul Infused Personality relaxes back as she Solely follows the Intuition of the

rides the Lion of the Body with its Kundalini Serpent tail base chakra. The traditional name of this card is strength but its meaning

Holy Grail, engulfed in the flames of the Light of the Soul. The San Greal the
Sang Real. This SOUL Grail or Chalice is filled with the energy of the Soul or Ananda
or Bliss or the Blood of Christ (the real blood - Sang Real - French) which, "Falls as the gentle dew from heaven,
upon its place beneath. It is twice blessed, First by he who gives, and then by
he who receives." Ascended Master William Shakespeare or Sheiks Pir as he
is called in the Sufi idiom. Strength or Lust is the ability to receive that
Energy, that Strength which radiates 24 hours a day from the Soul, from God. This card represents divine intoxication and cosmic ecstasy.
The energy also powers the ego blockages and sub-personalities
which exist within your body and mind. These are represented by the seven heads
which show the head of an Angel, the Head of a Saint, a Poet, an Adultress, an
Audacious man, A Satyr, and a Lion Serpent. As they are empowered, so they become more noticeable, and the
Soul Infused Personality notes them as a problem which needs to be restrained.
Focusing on the ego problem and the problems which they bring into everyone's
lives. This experience of the karma products - the bad luck - the pain created
by the selfish, competitive,
sociopathic ego is
that which creates the urge to restrain them. The use of the mind to restraint the blockages. The
exploration of the use of philosophies which are more in accord with the will of
God like
Ahimsa or Harmlessness. Seeing the results of those philosophies not in
accord with the will of God like economist and philosopher Adam Smith's, "Greed
is Good" propounded by the elite since 1790AD whose "invisible hand" so goosed
the World that it is now rejected by Alan Greenspan after the latest, created
for profit, "We've stolen all your money" stock
market bubble crash. We only enter into Dark Paths because we do not know that they
are Dark or that the consequences of entering into these Dark Paths will be so
dire. Only experience can give us that knowledge so that this knowledge becomes
hard wired in. It is not software changeable. These blockage talents have been trained, experienced and
grown over many lifetimes and are in various stages of growth and purification
as the more these talents are mixed with trauma-formed negative karmic mass, the
more egotistically selfish and competitive - sociopathic, they are. Only the Energy Enhancement Seven Step
Process shows how to Ground all the Blockage's negative karmic mass - thus
purifying them, and then to resurrect them so as to
coat the Higher Being

image of the chariot of Arjuna and Krishna from the Bhagavad Gita where there is a war
between the family of bad sub-personalities, the Kauravas and the family of Good
Sub Personalities, the Pandavas, like Arjuna who represents the Soul infused Personality who
serves Krishna, the Soul itself. The Pandavas and the Kauravas are really one person and show
the war which exist within all of us on the Path of Enlightenment, to achieve a
Soul. On the path all sub-personality Blockages. All impure talents must be
purified of their pain, their Negative Karmic Mass. Transmuted and then,
purified, Integrated into the Soul Chakra and above. To become a Soul Infused Personality.

chariot. The wheels of the law, crush everything, the grist to the mill, finely.
The Cuckoo and the Soul-Infused Personality
The parents
of the Cuckoo Bird lay their eggs in the nests of other birds. As the cuckoo
grows he throws all the other eggs and little birds out of the nest, so only the
cuckoo remains to receive all the food from the loving foster parents! It is a
very similar process whereby the Soul Infused Personality integrates all the
other blockages, implants and sub-personalities into the Soul Infused
Personality, so at the end of the Process of Enlightenment, only the Soul
Infused Personality remains. Many people
do not have a Soul Infused Personality and require up to a hundred lifetimes in
order to start the creation and evolution of their "Essence", as it is called in
Gurdjieffian terminology.
The first
chakra above the head is the Soul chakra which works at the much higher
frequency of Intuition above the level of the intellectual and psychic
functions of the chakras in the head. It is the Soul Chakra which creates and
places the Soul Infused Personality into the mind where it shares the "nest"
with all the other blockages and sub-personalities.
At this
point the education of the Soul Infused Personality begins so that it knows it,
"only has the free will to do
the right thing" - SATCHIDANAND Of course,
all the blockages and Sub-Personalities which have been created with
Trauma-Formed Negative Karmic mass as their basis always want to do the
psychopathic, selfish and greedy, wrong thing, because they are Ego based. Only after
it wastes many lifetimes learning that it cannot go along with or manage the
other personalities of the Ego, because the result is always disaster, resulting
in negative karma and bad luck, does it investigate the techniques of the Energy
Enhancement Seven Step process which can remove all Negative Karmic Mass from
any blockage or sub-personality and then integrate it back into the Soul.
Sub-personalities include many talents and functions which have been developed
over many lifetimes as specialised created angel colonies mixed with
trauma-formed negative karmic mass. Only after the talent has been purified by
the discharge of trauma-formed negative karmic mass, can the talent be trusted
and successfully integrated into the purified crystalline matrix forms of the
angel colonies of the higher chakras. This Energy
Enhancement Process is always under the management of the Soul Chakra. The Soul
Chakra points out the blockages to deal with first. Usually the easiest
blockages go first leaving time for the person to grow in power and skill so
that later the most difficult blockages can be dealt with successfully. At this
point starts the war between the Soul Infused Personality and all the other
sub-personalities and blockages.
The
blockages first try to anaesthetise and distract the Soul Infused Personality in
order to stop the process. It tries to boost the ego by saying, "You are
perfect", "You do not need to meditate any more!".
Then to
frighten it with despair that nothing can ever change in the misery and pain of
our world and words like "we are too strong for you" and " you will be our slave
forever". At this
point, Positivity and the ability to create enthusiasm are necessary Energy
Enhancement techniques. However,
the Energy Enhancement Seven Step Process always works and soon, only the
sub-personalities which hide, remain. They are able to hide because they can
distract, physically through pain, emotionally by making you angry, afraid or
depressed, or they can talk to you and persuade you that your spiritual master
is wrong. At this stage you need a guide and perfect confidence in your guide. Only after
all the blockages have been removed so that only the Cuckoo Soul Infused
Personality remains is the person trusted enough to be given the Initiation of
Enlightenment when the Soul Infused Personality is fused with the Soul Chakra.

explained that if we had the power to heal our own blockages, we also had

Satchi explained that these energy initiations had come to him also. Usually
gurus are given the energy of Transmission by their Masters and here is the
Master of Shri Yogendra Paramahamsa Madhavadasaji at the age of 122 years. After
that last interview with Shri Yogendra the great Master died the day after.
Apparently he was talking to his son, Shri Jayadeva, the present head of the
ashram in Bombay, and he said that it was getting difficult for him to hold onto
his energy, it was time for him to move on to the other plane, he was going.
Satchi said he just sat there, tears falling
down his face for what seemed forever. Masters
get given energy on the death of other Masters. Masters get given and store up
energy, the energy of enlightenment, the energy of transmission, the high level
atomic energy given by the scepter of Initiation by Sanat Kumara. They store
energy all their lives to do their work and to give to other people all of their
lives. Upon their death, that energy needs to pass onto their successors. And

Experience on the Energy Enhancement Course L’Escala September 2006
After a
year of practicing the advanced techniques of Energy Enhancement I am enjoying
the benefits of increased energy flow, and much less blockages. From a material
perspective my income has doubled in a year! But more importantly I feel I am
moving swiftly along my spiritual path towards enlightenment. Prior to
Energy Enhancement, Enlightenment seemed like a faraway dream not for this
lifetime. Now I feel it is almost inevitable - only a matter of a few years
away. As for
the course - I can only reiterate what I said last year. After 12 years of
Transcendental Meditation and experimentation with many other meditation and
self improvement techniques it is my opinion that nothing comes close to the
power and precision of Energy Enhancement. There is
little more I can say about the efficacy of Energy enhancement that I haven’t
already said before so I will recount a wonderful experience I had whilst on the
course. The rest
of the class were sat in a circle on the floor meditating with Master
Satchidanand. It was my turn to receive an initiation from Devi so I was sat on
a chair at the back of the meditation room with my eyes closed and hands
together in a prayer like fashion. As I
became absorbed in the experience of the initiation it was as if my eyes opened
to the scene before me. However this was not the scene to which I closed my
eyes. Satchi and the students had transformed into beings of intense white
light. I think
that I was being given a glimpse of their true nature, a peek at the world the
way the enlightened see it. The meditation room had opened and expanded. I felt
we were outdoors in a place of great space, holiness and energetic purity maybe
a forest or mountain top. Then I became aware of the presence of others.
A group
of beings approached from my right and turned to face me one by one. I felt
immense happiness and peace at their presence, they had an aura of intense
holiness and purity - great Saints and Sages. As they faced me and bowed one by
one I felt a feeling of unworthiness but the thought came immediately
‘worthiness is not necessary, by the grace of God infinite love and light is
offered to each of us every moment all we need do is accept it‘. I felt
that they were very pleased with my practice and had appeared to me to let me
know. I think it is important to say that I was in no way unique. Most of the
other students this year and last year had experiences of meeting beings of
light, ascended masters and angels - EE has that effect! Come and experience it

FIRST DVD OF FOUR, INITIATION ONE - MEDITATION Prior to seeing the
"Initiation One" Video my 50 year old legs would go numb within 10 minutes
any time I tried to meditate sitting on the floor with legs crossed in "easy
position". After making the adjustments suggested in the video I can sit
for 40+ minutes without any sign of numbness or strain. I'm sure I'll be
able to go much longer with practice. An alternate method of sitting
"saddle style" was also shown and it too provided numbness and pain free
meditation.
Overall, I think that this
video gives the two most important and often overlooked keys to meditation.
First is finding a sitting position that is comfortable for a long duration

Satchi, Here is article as it stands, currently being edited in London, so scan it for typos. Took me forever to get it done with, I guess the days of polishing off articles ten to the dozen are long gone and I'm a bit rusty.
It will come out in the April I'm in Shanghai now. I'm back for a month to see my love - everything
is going great - very happy. I'm going to Spain in the first
week of January. My Love plans to come over late January or early
February, after I have made a nice soft landing for her. I've got her
into meditation and she's LOVING it. She is about to build her

Title: Peace Begins Within, Article for the Yoga Magazine of Great Britain Last summer, after three years of on-and-off asana practicing, I thought it was about time I did a few mental exercises too. So in early October I flew to Spain to take part in my first meditation course and, unbeknown to me at the time, entered into one of the most grounding fortnights I can remember. Meditation is just reflection and observation. But through meditation we can use our will power to gain control over our unconscious desires and fears – our rampant ego and insecurities - which can run riot over our lives and get in the way of reason and our best intentions. The Energy Enhancement course is a beautiful course that had an instant, positive impact on me and the other students. The course is run in Argentina over the European Winter months, and Spain during the summer. In Spain its home is in L’Escala, a small coastal town about an hour and a half north of Barcelona by car. The course promised and delivered exactly what I looking for; we would be taught how to quieten the mind through meditating and then spend some gentle weeks getting to know our deeper drives and emotions. That the centre was a stones’ throw from the Mediterranean didn’t hurt much either. The course is split into three parts or levels and takes about a month to complete. In level one we learnt how to meditate; the correct posture and breathing, and we were given techniques to cope with distracting thoughts and to focus the mind. We also learnt how to use our imagination to picture our connections to the world and universe around us. During my two weeks I made it through level one and onto the foothills of level two. This is normal progress. Satchi has had some students who race to the end of level three in the same amount of time but normally the whole course lasts a month. It is not an absolute science of course, Paul stayed for six weeks, but four weeks is the recommendation.
The course Level One of the course started with the very basics of meditation. By closing our eyes and counting our breath in and out we learnt how to ignore nagging thoughts – the “what’s for breakfast” “this isn’t working“ thoughts – that pinch and snipe us for attention. Then, slowly but surely, as the calm came about, we went on guided meditations, guided in so far as we were told what to try and picture before each session, though not during – meditation was always silent affair. We were told to imagine energy flowing around us, like auras, revolving and connecting with us. Through repeat sessions we then extended our flows of energy so that they reached out and fed from different points in an
imaginary universe, a universe we had to build in our mind’s eye. Each time a new level of the universe was created, so the energy at our disposal was raised by having new reserves to draw from. Once we could clearly see and feel all energy coming to us from all these new connections, we then used this heightened mental power to work towards an ever-deeper state of calm.
My own experience of imaging this space was quite fun and exploratory. It was the first time I had really tried to will something like this together in my minds’ eye. It took perhaps five sessions before I could clearly see all the components of my universe clearly, though soon it became quite easy to just close my eyes, very quickly still my thoughts and then be anywhere in the universe that I wished. Satchi was a very forgiving guide too, which I think helped. If, for example, my mind wandered off, he would catch me staring out of the window and just say something like better luck next time. They were no angry words while I was there – compassion was the order of the day.
ENERGY BLOCKAGES While willing this imaginary space into existence within our mind’s eye, we were always on the look out for distractions being brought up on the winds of our unconscious mind. These distractions can appear on the canvas as all manner of apparitions - shapes, objects, frustration - anything that draws our attention away from clearly seeing the picture we are trying to create. For the purpose of the Energy Enhancement course these distractions were referred to as blockages. Learning how to control and the remove these blockages from the path of our meditation is a central aim of the course. We grounded them by circling them in light and sucking them into the nearest burning centre in the universe, the sun or the centre of the earth perhaps. Some were stubborn, and some easy to remove. As the course progresses, so the low hanging fruit get picked and we move on to deeper blockages. Once our grounding skills were tried and tested many times over, we used them to meditate on our lives, our relationships, our characters, and our work – every facet of ourselves organised and charted systematically. We took notes after each session and large parts of our free time were spent talking about our progress and what kind of thoughts and emotions were being unearthed during own meditations. A blockage, you see, is a symptom of a deeper malady. With fervour we drew up hit lists of trouble spots in our lives became the next list of thing to meditate on – so in anyone session different people would be meditating on different things – one person perhaps on a relationship, another person might be looking on a part of their character and so on. I found this to an exceptionally cathartic experience, a real tonic, and it was quite common for different parts of the house to be full of laughter at any given time of the day. It was a joyous two weeks. Level three is about mastering relationships, which uses the lessons of levels one and two and brings them to bear on problems in our social connections in the world and our “strategies”. These strategies I didn’t really meditate on during the course as I was only there for half of it, but we did talk about this level frequently. Strategies are the acts we put on to get ourselves through life. Acting tough, craving sympathy, constantly trying to please – a whole host of strategies employed by the ego, some of which are so deeply ingrained with our character that they have become part of us. Level three teaches nonattachment to these strategies, students learn how to ground them to rid themselves of the fears and insecurities that prop the strategies up. This aspect of the course I was truly fascinated by and I will try and make an effort in
to visit the guys again to explore this level in more depth.
All in all there is far more to the course than I can go into here. Aside from the teaching, I could talk about the food for days, well-combined vegetarian feasts by the way, or Devi’s infectious laugh and sense of humour. I also fondly remember my long talks with Satchi about engaging with the world and generally look back on the whole experience as a real turning point for me. A time to stop and take a look at how far we have come.
Arriving back in England I danced the whole night away, something I hadn’t done in a while. Energy Enhancement does exact what it says on the tin.

dynamic, allowing me to explore my own sense of creativity and improve my
ability to solve problems without being a slave to dogma, including some of
my own rigid belief structures, which come to the surface quickly and Here you are given the tools to deal with these things
and you must learn how to use them yourself. Only you can walk your path. The only insistence is that, ALL YOUR BLOCKAGES MUST GO!

great! I've done it some more and it's incredibly powerful. I don't know why it
isn't more well known or taught? It's really bringing up little blockages which
are complaining while being pushed down into the earth's core to get purified.
The hot fire energy has gotten much stronger in my body while doing the
practice, mostly the base of the spine heats up, but also the middle of the
spine. There are lots of little blockages being noticed. But I'm pushing them
out.

This meditation 3 - The Energy Enhancement Course Level One, Initiation Three
Streaming Video... is great! I've done it some more and it's incredibly
powerful. I don't know why it isn't more well known or taught?
I think this is my new favorite meditation practice! It's far more powerful than
the normal orbit practice.
Have practiced it some more – my body
gets very hot during the practice – just like the video says.
My mother came into the
room and told me she 'couldn't be near me' because I was giving off too much
heat – like a radiator! After this I noticed that by thinking about certain
areas of my body I could send the intense heat to that area!
So now this meditation is definitely the
most powerful one I have got. Very impressive. I do an in breath/out breath
orbit and then hold for a moment at the earth-core. Then I bring up the energy
again.
I've had another experience today, which
is light surrounding a part of my selfish ego, and my ego submitted. The light
has won for this issue. It is no longer possible to tolerate some of my selfish
behaviours.
Now I feel very peaceful.
However today I noticed with more light in my system, that there are more,
smaller ego blockages which are there and which talk to me. I look forward to
resolving them. I'll now paste what I wrote last night.
Now I write here what I experienced between my last comment and reading your
reply, written just below:
I had to lay down to do some meditation just now, and I felt like there were
‘two me’s, the first me was this little black smudge of an ego, the ‘I’, the
selfish ego, or the part which basically functions for it’s own agenda. This guy
basically pleasure-seeks and avoids pain/responsibility and is good at
justifying it’s reasons and making excuses.
The second ‘me’, was this overwhelmingly peaceful, white light. It was so
powerful it was literally drowning my little dark ego. So my ego had this light
just drowning it from all directions. Imagine a war scene where the dark side is
just a little blob of dark and there is hundreds or thousands of times as much
light surrounding it from all angles.
Then also during this process, I had to see through the ‘light’s eyes to take a
look at me…and I saw all these faults. I saw this creeping little dark ego who
was so unaware of everything, it just kept making excuses for it’s actions ‘but’
this, and ‘but’ that. It just kept wanting pleasurable things and to run away
from responsibility. I had to take a long good look at this guy, this type of
me.
So my little dark ego, the ‘I’, just …well, just gave up. He just said ‘Okay!!
Okay…I give up! I give up! Surrender!’ So then I started to feel like I was
going to cry. All this light just smothered me, my ego and gave it a lot of love
and peace. Then I felt this vortex of white light form in my heart – it felt
quite small, maybe an inch or so big.
I think it’s a point of no-return now! I can only surrender now. What seems to
be filling my body is this type of energy which is peace and light, it only
seems to want what’s right for everyone. I hope it remains. I don’t know how
much of my ego I let go off…I wish all of it will go now.
I honestly don’t believe I will go back to being how I used to, because too much
of my consciousness or awareness feels grounded into ‘light’, so if I can keep
seeing from the light’s viewpoint, I can quickly pick out faults which I might
otherwise do.
Phew, what an intense evening. But I feel so peaceful! I seem quite satisfied to
just drown myself in this light.
I want to give an update on this today. I’m pleased to say that the energy of
soft love and peace which flooded my body last night, has remained with me
today. I feel like a completely different person. There has been a loss of
desire, an increase in peace.
I threw out some supplements and felt like that type of thing has now become
redundant.
Today I noticed that small ego blockages were in my aura. They are much weaker
than the one which submitted to the light last night, they are more deeply
buried.
I hope to continue to resolve and integrate these fragments of ego blockage in
future.

When I came to see Satchi at the airport for the first time I was struck by his
energy but it was the second time, when he was talking to another student when
meeting us off the train at Figueres that I really started to feel the
Buddhafield of Energy Surrounding him
Suddenly I started yawning like the big healer guy in "The Green Mile" and then
tears started from my eyes and I felt I was getting rid of a lot of Painful
memories from the past.
Satchi taught us meditation and the Circulation of the Energies in order, as he
said, "To improve our psychic vision" During these initiations I saw all my
Energy Blockages in colour!! I saw my abdomen filled with blackness and thought
back to my first periods, filled with pain, my inability to breathe properly and
the problems I have with digesting food.
I saw all the brown clouds of pain filling my lumbar region and the problems
with the throat chakra making me understand my problems with communication and
the Peter Principle, we always do that which we most need to learn, which caused
me to become a journalist and an arabian belly dancer teacher.
Satchi saw/felt them too and asked if I would like some healing because he
explained that normally he liked to teach the Removal of Blockages Techniques of Energy Enhancement Level 2 and let the students heal themselves, but because I was going before he could teach that, he thought that a little band aid would be
helpful because he felt that the abdominal blockages were not made in this
lifetime but had come to me from my previous lifetimes.
I lay on my back and Satchi placed his hands over my abdomen and I drifted off
to a place of peace. I imagined myself lying on the grass in the sunshine. I saw
Satchi as an energy there too, blowing through me like the wind. In this space I
was a man, and not a woman as I am in this lifetime, and very focussed and
filled with anger. Many images of women relationships passed in front of me some
of them pregnant and I saw that I had no respect for the women in my life. I was
wounded in the right side of my belly and I was dying.
As Satchi healed my belly I felt the pain of the wound I was dying from and
people watching me said that this pain was reflected in my face. Finally the
pain was gone and Satchi said that was enough for now. The previous lifetime
had been healed and I had been brought face to face with attitudes in a previous
lifetime, anger and a lack of respect, being mirrored in this. I saw how my
irritation and anger was taking me away from my infinite peace and how these
attitudes were reflected back at me in my relationship with my husband.
It was interesting that the relationship chakra, the abdomen, the place I was
wounded was reflecting my previous attitudes and the Karma of those previous
lifetimes was being given back to me so that I would be taught never have those
attitudes again. I want to learn from my mistakes.
Satchi says you only get visions if you need to learn something.
Satchi explained that the intellectual level thought that it could solve
everything just like this.. "I should not get angry!!" but that the
intellectual level did not have the power to make that promise because its links
with the emotions were broken, blocked and faulty.
He explained that the intellectual level similarly says, "The whole world should
be filled with peace." Yet for 10,000 years there have been one or two wars
every year.
The Techniques of
Energy Enhancement allow the mind to have the power to
implement its decisions through the Removal of Negative Emotions. The removal of
Energy Blockages, which create physical disease in the body and negative
emotions in the mind.
Satchi explained that the higher levels of Energy which create the Energy
Enhancement Buddhafield and the Energy momentum to heal the students and raise
their Energy Levels so that they can do likewise came from His connection with
his teachers, Zen Master Hogen from Japan, Swami Satchidananda from Yogaville in
the USA but previously a disciple, a Yogiraj, of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.
There is a transmission of Energy from Master to Disciple which occurs in
silence. The preparation for this is the student's responsibility but the Energy
always finds its place. It is the Energy of Initiation, which confirms the
student in his enlightenment, but before this Initiation, "you need to be there
before you can stay there."
Indeed, many people go searching for Integration and Enlightenment from
technique to technique and teacher to teacher whereas a true student can learn
anywhere. We need to increase that studentness within ourselves. We need to
learn to be a true student. The ability to learn. The ability to ask. The
ability to receive.
One lack of respect for the teachings. One negative word, ONE BLOCKAGE, and
heaven and earth are set infinitely apart. One negative word can destroy the
silence of a moment.
Swami Satchidananda talked of the time when Swami Sivananda died and of the
Energy Initiation, which came to him at that time even though he was in Celon
and Sivananda was dying in Rishikesh. He felt that some of Sivananda's fire had
been given to him at that time.
Each Spiritual Master is a gift from existence, working in his own personal
individual way to express his gift, his way, his energy channelled from the
universe itself. They are individuals with strong personalities, "Personages!!"
unselfishly aiming their lives at the benefit of humanity, the world and the
Universe.
Even the intellect gets confused because the intelligent energy of
existence,
above the intellect, chit shakti, is the guiding force and initiator. Each spiritual master
is as different from the others as a rose is different from a lily.
Just smell the perfume. Are they not the flowers of the Universe itself?
As Jallaluddin Rumi
said around 1200AD, "Take what is in my hand!

He had the last and his only interview with
Sri Yogendra of Bombay. Sri
Yogendra died that same night saying that at the age of 96, it was difficult
for him to hold in his energy. And this from a man who in his prime they used to
put in darkened rooms where people used to go to see the prana, bioenergy,
rushing blue over the surface of his body.
In the interview, Satchi said he could only sit at the masters feet and say
nothing.
Yogendra glanced at him and he was drawn to sit. Rooted to the spot. Yogendra
talked of the time he was in New York, healing the children of millionaires. It
was there in the 1930s where he gained the money to build his ashram in Bombay,
"They used to appreciate me there and gave me a black stallion to ride around on
in Central park." Satchi heard him say at the end of the interview that the
people of England had good hearts, and this from a Master who in his early years
had had the reputation of beating up students who took liberties, showed a lack
of respect!!
And then afterwards the energy.. Sent to him by Yogendra, which he was given
during the interview. WHOOM! WHOOM! Up and Down. Down and Up. From Heaven to
Earth and Earth to Heaven. ENERGY!! with great noise for 24 hours!!
Satchi attended his only and last Satsang with
OSHO
on January 16th 1990. During the Satsang, Satchi
had the experience of seeing Osho's aura. Satchi's mind just stopped, during the
satsang when Nivedano hit the drum. As it stopped he saw the physical aura of
Osho, Yellow, Black and horrible just one inch away from his skin, I suppose
this is what killed him, Satchi said.
But then the spiritual aura came out, white and filled with light up to 10 feet
away from Osho and then Whoof!! It spread out over the whole of the Buddha hall
and filled it with white light.
Osho died 2 days later.
And then at the "Satchidananda" Ashram of the Bendictine
Father Bede Griffiths
on the banks of the River Cauvery in Tamil Nadu in Southern India. more energy
phenomena. Father Augustine was giving mass and as usual Satchidanand, not a
Catholic, with a Ho Hum lack of respect was there. As Augustine raised the
Chalice to heaven, Satchidanand saw a ray of lightning hit the chalice, bounce
of and deflect into his heart center. This had the effect of making him burst
into tears. Father Bede, a famous monk who exemplified the urge of the Benedicines to Ecuminise, to explore the Energies of the Hindu Religion,
where he took Sannyas, taught from the Upanishads and the Gita, had his
first heart attack 2 days later at the age of 96 and died 3 months later.
And then 2 days before Satchi's Master,
Swami Satchidananda, died at the untimely age of 89, Satchi
felt the transmission of Energy from his Master. Filled with white light for 3
days in a row, in the middle of the night for hours, unable to sleep. 
Masters take no heed of which religion they are born into. They become channels
for the light despite, or rather because of, the general low energy level of the
world and its corruption and mixedness. It is their job to raise the energy of
their students and of the world in the few short days before they leave this
planet. To leave it a better place than when they came.
As I leave after a couple of days in the company of Devi Dhyani and Satchidanand
I look forward to my future training with them Learning Energy Enhancement

Fortunately, all you really need to do is become an Energy Enhancement student

I discovered Energy Enhancement through a dance workshop. Devi did some
initiation to different dance including Indian dance. She was wonderful and
sweet as she always is. We also did some chanting and practised a bit of
meditation. Because of the high level of energy emanating from Devi and Satchi
it enhanced my own energy and for the first time I felt it flowing pretty
strongly between my hands!!…
It was such a great surprise! Even if I have read about it, I never had the
chance to feel it for real. Satchi explained to me how the energy works in the
body. How your own physical and mental strength depends upon the level of energy
that you hold within yourself. He also told me that your ability to build it up
or to increase it will increase your intellectual possibility as well as keeping
a healthy body much longer….
The problem is that over the years we lose our inner energy due to bad
experiences that happen to us in life. Negative thoughts forms are also
responsible for its lack. The solution to all these problems is learning Energy
Enhancement! So I had to go onto the course!!!
I am now finishing the Energy Enhancement Level 3 of the Energy Enhancement
Course. I have learned so much in this course that there is no way that I could
sum it up in few lines!
However I can tell you about an experience that I had during my first week. This
proved me and may be to you as well, that meditation is very active process
using the energy of the earth and those from the universe. I was sitting in the
lotus position, applying some of the basic Energy Enhancement techniques, and
suddenly I felt my whole body getting warmer and warmer. My hands started to
shake a little bit and I was feeling slightly dizzy.
As I was still concentrating on the technique a heat from within started to make
my whole body sweat. Although it was a cool September day I was getting so warm
that I could feel the drops of sweat coming down the back of my spine, from my
head onto the my neck. Once the meditation over I had to get change and have a
shower because even my clothes were all damp. I can guarantee to you that I am
not a person to get very warm even in the hottest summer day in Spain!
This was a very interesting experience for me and it proved to me another time
the effectiveness of Energy Enhancement Meditation.

by Ascended Masters at his ashram.
Now Swami Satchidananda is
an Ascended Master. After becoming Enlightened on this planet he gained

enhancement is THE Core energy technique, has been met.

It allows you to raise your energy levels, and as importantly, shows you
how to keep it and to protect it from being siphoned off by others. (People
with low energy normally siphon off or vampirise high energy from people like
myself. This is called healing).
The energy techniques given in Energy Enhancement have never been
explained to me in Aikido (even Ki Aikido), Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga or on any
meditation
course that I have been on like Transcendental Meditation, and have only been
partly taught to me previously by Taoist master Mantak Chia and on Tantra
Courses. Mantak Chia
I found particularly confusing; Chi Gung I found awkward.
Energy enhancement Level One is composed of three main concepts, with the
same aims: getting rid of blockages.
SHAKTIPAT
is the transmission of energy to Introduce a good Student to High Intensity
Kundalini Energy.

OF OUR FIRST MEDITATION, BY PUTTING MY BACK AND TOP OF THE HEAD IN THE RIGHT

EE Stage 1, - Meditation
The basic concept is that if you are in the right posture then energy will
flow through you from the universe to the centre of the earth. Satchi
proved this to me in the first five minutes of our first meditation, by
putting my back and top of the head in the right posture. I
immediately felt
a flow of energy going up my spine.
What stops the energy flowing to its full potential are
energy blockages
in the body, for example pains you know about, but also other area where
you
cannot feel energy flowing, and where negative emotions have attached
themselves to your body. The blockages are removed essentially by grounding
them, using the macrocosmic energy orbit, with stronger methods available.
Over the seven stages of Energy Enhancement we were taught
to expand the
meditation to increase the energy; to identify and remove blockages, and
to
put a protection around us so that the energy is not removed, consciously or
not by other people.

Energy Enhancement Stage One: Finding the energy
column in the spine. As I have indicated
above I immediately felt the energy going up my spine, and an increase in my
energy at the end of the meditation.

BLOCKAGE REMOVED I FELT MORE ENERGY FLOWING AND MORE ENERGETIC"
Energy Enhancement Stage Two: is to expand the
energy circulation to the around the body,
similar to the Taoist Microcosmic orbit, and techniques to identify and to
remove
blockages. I felt that my energy increased, and I identified some areas
where the energy did not flow. Some of these I was able to remove, but
others seemed more attached. With each blockage removed I felt more energy
flowing and more energetic.
With Energy Enhancement we learn how to
access Incredibly Intense External Kundalini Energies which power our
Enlightenment. Then we experiences these Amazing Energy Increases FOR
OURSELVES....

Energy Enhancement Stage Three
is to expand
the energy orbit to the centre of the earth, and
to ground and burn up blockages. Blockages can be grounded and burned, and
you do not have to relive traumas or even remember the source of traumas. I
felt hot in my spine, some of my blockages were burned and removed, and
again at the end of the meditation I felt a higher level of energy.

Energy Enhancement Stage Four is to expand
the meditation to include energy from above from
the central sun, the Macrocosmic Orbit, The Energy Enhancement Supra Galactic
Orbit.
Previously Satchi had psychically seen,
identified and
removed a blockage that he saw at the top of my head that he felt reduced my
energy level by 30%. This was in fact the exact figure that my homeopathic
therapist had told me from his Vega test, about two weeks before.
However I
developed a headache during this stage, which disappeared when I had
transmuted 2 more blockages by myself in the meditation.
Once this stage was reached I had tremendous energy. However, I went for a
walk in the town and when I came back most of my energy had disappeared,
as
apparently high energy does get sucked up, vampirised by people with low energy unless you
protect yourself.
Energy Enhancement Stage 6 gives the
technique for protecting you from this loss of energy
from other people. It also enhances the energy you can build into yourself

Energy Enhancement Stage 5
is a technique for evaluating the quality of food before you eat it and also the
first techniques for removing Energy Blockages. Eating
foods contaminated with pesticides is the quickest way to reduce your energy,
and create illness and disease within and this technique allows you to see what
effect a particular food will have on you, which is extremely useful if you eat
out a lot like me, and also helps check every food in the supermarket and 80% OF
THOSE ARE PESTICIDED!!
I was surprised when I came that Satchi and Devi do not
eat exclusively organic labelled foodstuff or wine, as with this Fifth
Initiation of Energy Enhancement
you can check for yourself how good it is.
I already had a simpler
technique that was taught by Bandler in NLP, but the Energy Enhancement
technique is more powerful. Also the technique is the start of an incredibly
powerful technique to remove Energy Blockages from our Energetic Systems, so all
in all

Energy Enhancement Stage 7, the last stage, is
concerned with maintaining the auras, and
identifying and removing blockages in the physical, emotional and mental
auras. I did not find anything in my aura but Linda, the residential trainee
here for a while, found a tremendous blockages, all the way down her spine,
which she removed using this technique.
Each higher stage replaces and includes elements of the previous; so that
when I get home my meditation will be at stage seven (with stage 5 for
testing food).

Energy Enhancement Yoga
The second leg of Energy enhancement is Yoga.
I
FEEL EE YOGA IS VERY EFFECTIVE; MY POSTURE HAS IMPROVED ..... AT
THE END OF AN EE YOGA SESSION I FEEL THE SAME LEVEL OF ENERGY
AS WITH 90 MINUTES OF ASHTANGA YOGA.
I have had a mixed relationship with Yoga, for thirty years ever since my Mother who is a Yoga teacher, showed my Brother and I how to do it. I think
the way that Satchi explained it - to remove energy blockages, and to
practice the yoga by working at the blockages in a posture, relaxing in and
between the postures, and releasing and grounding the negative energies
using EE techniques in the Yoga - has given me a clear sense of how
practicing Yoga in this way has powerful benefits, even if you only
concentrate on doing a number of poses well.
Devi explained that the EE Yoga is designed so that
it has the maximum
energy benefit, making the body flexible and strong, spending the least
energy possible without pushing, so the body does not secrete adrenaline,
which is a kind of toxin for the body.
I feel EE Yoga is very effective; my posture has
improved in the two weeks
I have been here, which it has not done when I practiced the ashtanga yoga,
and at the same time at the end of an EE Yoga session I feel the same
level
of energy, as with 90 minutes of Ashtanga yoga.
The EE Yoga includes three part Yogic breathing to
raise energy, and
chanting, and holding the breath (Pranayama) to raise energy before a
meditation.
EE Reiki
Not quite a third leg is Energy Enhancement Reiki - which combines
traditional Reiki with Applied Kinesiology and Energy Enhancement Techniques, again to
remove blockages.
Devi gave us level One Reiki initiation during the course, giving four
Initiations, to raise our energy. She also taught Reiki. In the course of
the two weeks we had some Reiki from Satchi and Devi on particularly hard
energy blockages.

My feeling on the Energy Enhancement is:
1.
Energy Enhancement works, it builds up my energy in a way that none of
the other disciplines I have encountered have.
2.
It is easy to understand. It needs some effort, mainly will power, sometimes to get the meditation
going, but it is not as onerous, or complicated, as for example, I found
with Mantak Chia Chi Gung.
"I feel that I have been given some
secret knowledge, which was only given to the initiated, or hidden among a lot
of unnecessary sub techniques in other disciplines."
One effect of Energy Enhancement is that I can no longer look at
other disciplines like Ashtanga Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, NLP, Aikido and
Ki Aikido and Mantak Chia and his Chi Gung, in the same light, because they do
not contain this learning.
On the other hand I know EE will give me the energy to do things that are
more important, particularly in my career as a Change Manager.
The difference between this course and others is that I
saw and felt from
the first five minutes that my energy was enhanced, although at times
because of work on the blockages it went down again, and recovered once the
blockages had been removed using the EE techniques.
With other disciplines you have to take it on faith that it will work at
some time after practising the discipline or until someone initiates you
into a secret known taught only to the selected few. (If indeed it works).
SO BASICALLY I NOW HAVE A CHOICE THAT
ONLY I CAN MAKE. I CAN USE THE ENERGY ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUES AND THE EE
YOGA TO INCREASE MY ENERGY LEVEL - WHICH WILL NOT BE ONEROUS, BUT REQUIRES SOME
WILL POWER, AT LEAST INITIALLY - AND MY WORLD WILL CHANGE, ALTHOUGH PERHAPS IN
UNEXPECTED WAYS, OR I CAN PRETEND THEY DO NOT WORK AND GO BACK TO SLEEP.

I am normally a happy person, except from this deep life crisis coming sometime
without warning- always with an overtaking feeling of There Is No Meaning With

The next part of the video
described how to align the spine so that it is square to the earth. Once in
alignment I could easily feel the current from the center of the earth
flowing though me. This was very energizing.
These two changes alone I
feel will dramatically impact my meditation progress for the better.
The breathing technique
given was not unlike techniques that I've used before. So it wasn't a major
breakthrough for me. However, with the above two changes I think any
breathing technique would be greatly enhanced.

VANESSAS Resumption of The
Experiences on the Energy Enhancement Course
On receiving my first Reiki initiation I felt very peaceful. Blue and white
energies kept expanding. As the session went on I started to cry, tears rolling
down my cheeks and there was some kundalini jolting of my body but I was not
unduly worried.
At the second session I felt I was being pulled up by one single hair on my
head, up and up it pulled me. Later it felt as though a whole lot of stuff was
coming out of my head into the universe. First my little fingers felt numb then
the other fingers followed suit. My feet also felt numb and slightly raised off
the floor. My bottom also felt as though it was coming off the chair. Upwards
and upwards was the movement. I felt emotionally tearful and tears welled
slight. I felt very powerful, that I could move mountains with this strength.
On the third session I felt Devi's hands heat and a feeling of pushing me
downwards. Initially again there was an image of white hands in the pray
position and an opening up of my heart chakra, they felt more empowered this
time. I felt snake like movements up and down my spine and I still felt
numbness in my fingers tips but power going into them. I asked for help and the
session ended with like wings flying slowly upwards, it was very beautiful and
brought tears to my eyes, I wanted to fly too.
On the fourth session I felt similar sensations as before but this time the
snake went outside my body, moving slowly upwards towards a star of light. My
heart felt as though it was opening more and I felt a throbbing in my hands. A
tornado started in my body, swirling very fast from the bottom of my spine
upwards, eventually it slowed down to a snails pace, the energies had become
gentler. From the white light I asked for help with my belly blockage. The
light told me to use the white thread to weave in and out of this blockage and I
successfully sent it down into the fire.

encouragement and help to remove your blockages. They are always on hand but
they want you to be able to heal yourself and not rely on them.
I can see myself being able to carry what I am learning here back into my
everyday life with ease, keeping the balance and becoming more and more
integrated.
This is an amazing time of growth and discovery for me, setting me in good
stead for the rest of my life. Before I came here I was being #####ed by
existence. My relationships were getting messier and messier, my life path
was unclear and my general mood was one of despondency and frustration.
Having spent two weeks here, not all of it easy, believe me, I can honestly
say that my perspective is changed. I am feeling more full of energy, more
alive. The future is wide, open, bright, full of mystery, and it excites me!
I am looking forwards to getting back to my adventure.
