"Satchidanand seems to be
talking of a reality once written about by many Sages of the past but now
forgotten in the West!"

more Miracles!! Every day was a Miracle on my Course as my Ego Blockages bit the
dust! I remember one day just after removing one of the most difficult Implant

of one of my blockages and he held it for me whilst I felt into it and healed it

The blockage was one where I
complained bitterly to God for everything which happened which I did not like -
which was almost everything. The blockage was powered by the most bitter hatred
such that everything in my life felt like shit and this Hate filled Blockage was
just confirming that my life was Shit!! Satchi said, "everything on
this course has happened perfectly, and joked, "I am the Hand of God on this
Planet" and indeed everything on the course did happen perfectly and just at the
right time.
Directly after

THE MASTERY OF RELATIONSHIPS
ENERGY
CONNECTIONS BETWEEN PEOPLE, BETWEEN THEIR CHAKRAS AND ENERGY BLOCKAGES
Energy Connections between people, between chakras were originally used as a
means of energetic support.
This energetic support is explained by the circle of energy between two people
and their chakras which give and receive energy equally; the right side of the
chakra giving and the left side of the chakra receiving, thus the energetic
support. If one person is using a lot of energy, the connected pair of people
and their chakras acts as a reservoir of energy to support the efforts of the
active person in the couple. Thus the truism in the sanctioned couple pairs in
marriage, “Behind every good man is a good woman”.
Energy blockages on either of these connections stop the giving, making you into
an energy vampire or stop the receiving, making you into a person permanently
drained. In these circumstances the couple fails as the blockage cuts off the
pairing and the lack of energy sharing will destroy the health of the
relationship usually making it very unhappy or ending in failure and divorce.
People who have many relationships all of which fail, – serially monogamous –
are usually people who have these types of energy blockage problems which Energy
Enhancement, with its Elimination of Energy Blockages in Level 2 can heal as
part of its Mastery of Relationships program taught in Level 4.
Energy Blockages stopping the flow of energy on energy connections are usually
formed through pain, abuse or loss. Pain caused by that which should not happen
changes, perverts the natural energy of a human being into a dense dark energy
which stops the flow of natural energy through it, indeed it forms a major part

“What I mean is, I believe I mentioned the searing back pain that came on
suddenly a couple weeks ago. Well, I thought it was subsiding but it appears
instead to be getting worse. I believe there is some connection with the XXXX
group that I am a bit leery of that ties into my experiences with YYYYY —none of
which I’m saying to blame them because I know this is my own crap but the
similarities seem to be the catalyst for my energy blockages to have a field
day.
Pain I’m pretty good at handling. But this pain is preventing me from doing my
work by which I need to earn my living (fortunately my boss is understanding and
not angry with me) and it also prevents me to from doing my spiritual work once
I get home. I am embarrassed to admit but have to tell you that I am sleeping
more than any normal human being should. I go to work, come home, watch a bit of
your video, go to bed and read a bit of your EE book that I got from Amazon,
fall asleep easily by 9:00 p.m. and don’t wake up until 6:30 the next morning!
Then, for the last two days, I left work about 11:00 a.m., fell asleep by 1:00
then slept till 5:30 or so, went back to sleep at 8:00 and slept through again
until 6:30! This is insane! My energy blockages are everything you mention—pain,
sleep and too much negative emotion….”

“As for my painful back, I did my best with the counterclockwise movement of my
body as I understood it from Devi Dhyani and it was fascinating. I went out to
my rental house’s little backyard (which unfortunately is mostly concrete) and
found a patch of dirt to stand on barefoot. As I moved my body counterclockwise
I felt the magnetism of Mother Earth drawing out the negativity—like a whirlpool
(or a flushing toilet!). I pretty much let my body move the way it wanted to and
a couple of times it stopped and went into spontaneous Tadasana pose which felt
like all the negativity was shooting down to the center of the Earth where it
could be instantaneously transmuted by the Fire. There was corresponding relief
to the physical pain in my lower back/right hip as well. Such a blessing!
The next day the pain seemed to return, although not as strong so I tried the
counterclockwise movements again, this time inside on my hardwood floor because
it was raining and cold outside. I was surprised that the effect was the
same—very powerful. Afterwards I had that “spongy” feeling (don’t know how to
describe it) like I’d been meditating or in a high process for some time. I did
a long soak in a tub of hot water with sea salt, baking soda and white vinegar
that also seemed to calm the energy and alkalize the physical body, removing
just about all the pain. The difference in my mental state without the constant
fierce pain is remarkable. I want to learn how to do this grounding the proper
way because I can see it will be a lifelong practice”

Oh boy! I have gotten what I
asked for! I am really struggling to cut the connections with xxx. Today I have
felt so much fear come through (some must be mine) and now in the last few
minutes I know she has either fallen asleep or smoked a joint and she is over 65
miles away. Yesterday, she did some coke and I was wired all day. I was very
high and to begin with thought it was somebody from above giving me light and
energy. But for the most part I cant concentrate or stand still - it's too
painful to feel all of her stuff all the time. It's like being in perpetual
fear. Yes, I might well have bitten off more than I can chew.
The night before I managed to cut the ties with xxx as per my previous email, I
dreamt that amidst a whole load of fear experiences, 2-3 crows gathered around
my neck and comforted me. Their black feathers rubbed against my face. For some
reason I believe that this event was connected to help I was given to release me
from ties with xxx last Friday. And maybe now this is why it is not working for
me cos I no longer have this help.
The energy connection is so strong between us; I have never experienced anything
like this.
Recently xxx took the initiative to redefine our relationship, which meant that
none of us were going to "fall" in love. Feeling her break the energy
connections with this decision, I felt fear sadness and loss and dreams took me
back to prep school when I was home sick all the time missing my mom when i

relationship I was not aware of all her stuff, but now I feel it all the time
and cant get her out of my mind to do daily tasks easily. I cant find peace. So,

How to Release the Energy Blockage Knots
The Buddha
didn't talk much about Energy Blockages. Mainly, he said just to come and sit
with him, Listen to him, Imbibe the Buddhafield of his presence. Nice things
would happen. People became enlightened in his Aura. 10,000 monks became
enlightened in the Purple Grove. Buddha was a Master. He taught Meditation.
Yet, one day
a guy came and asked him about Energy Blockages and asked him how to get rid of
them. And the Buddha answered by asking Sariputra to bring him a strip of cloth
and the Buddha formed in into a knot. He asked the guy how to unpick the knot,
to make the cloth straight and pure again, and the guy said, "Well he would have
to study the knot in order to do this", and the Buddha said yes, " Indeed this
is the way of removing energy blockages. Like knots you have to study them in
order to know how to release them".
Yet
Alexander the Great had the same problem. That of the Gordian Knot.
I
heard of this problem when I was a child and even then I had this inner sense of
what is important. It is called Intuition. And it is felt as an energy which
makes some things more energetic, more important than others. Really useful so
that we do not waste our time. We know which books to read. Which movies to
watch. Which music to listen to. We ignore that which is not connected to God,
which is less, which is not worth our time.
Well, you
see, Alexander was attacking this city of Gordia. And he was going to take it
but his Generals said, as Generals do, that to take this town would involve the
deaths of 10,000 of his soldiers, six months of time, and much work and supplies
- Materiel I think they call it now - for this city was well defended and
sturdy.
And the
leaders of the town knew this too. and they knew that if they could do the deal
all would be well. So they went to Alexander and said that they could surrender
if he would promise to not kill and rape all the inhabitants as is normal after
any seige, - they do it to make people surrender in advance! - and this would
save him the time and the soldiers and the materiel.
As well as
that they were having political problems with the Priests who knew that the
coming of Alexander to the city meant the death of their religion and the
institution of the State religion so they added the condition that he also had
to unpick the Gordian knot before the city would be released unto him. But
really, they knew they could do the deal to be in charge of the State Religion
by giving Alexander the methodology of solving the Gordian Knot in advance.
The Gordian
knot was a puzzle given to incipient priests before they could become leader
priests within the temple, as a final test. So this Gordian Knot was a religious
examination. Religious!!
Just like
what Buddha was talking about above. The examination was about the unpicking of
Energy Blockages!!
And
Alexander had to solve it. He would lose the loot, but he would gain time and
energy to conquer more land.
So he
accepted the test and gave his promises and on the appointed day went into the
Temple to take the examination.
They showed
him this enormous knot, made from meters of rope which they expected him to
study for days before finally succeeding - or failing - to unravel the
situation.
But
Alexander was made of sterner stuff. He had a technique to solve the Blockage
Problem which was much in advance of that which the Buddha released in the
problem above.

“I would like to transmit adequately in words the experience I got with
Satchy + Devi, but I know these words do not exist. There are sensations and
feelings there are very difficult to explain, you can only have the experience.
A few days ago I was practicing Energy Enhancement meditation techniques. I
have learnt Energy Enhancement Stages One to Five of Level one only, which you
can learn on the Energy Enhancement Online Course, however, suddenly my body
started to move in circular movements anticlockwise and clockwise.
I left my body which was moving.
Nothing ever happened to me like that before, but after some time I was
afraid, very afraid. An internal voice talked to me, there is no reason to be
afraid.
I did not know what happened to me. I got the feeling I was spinning or may
be about to explode. It was something very strong which after, stopped. Now my
body is doing this movement all the time in meditation but first anticlockwise
and after clockwise.
Today, also after this movement it started to move in a direct line from
right to left and after front and back.
Thank God I got two Masters like them which destiny put in my Path.
When I went to see them in L’Escala, on the Costa Brava above Barcelona, the
city in which I live, I knew that it would be a unique experience and very
special, but in reality I found with something more than that.
I found the direction of my life. The utility of my existence on this planet,
and I found the answer to many questions that many Human beings ask to
themselves daily.
They gave me a good motive to be alive and to help others. They taught me how
to enjoy every second, every detail, of life that may be in another moment I
would think meaningless. I would like to tell to everybody how much can they
enjoy if they decided to spend some time with them.
The best way to understand the experience is by going. To risk change, to
risk opening another door, to walk through for a different path you could never
imagine.
To synthesise what I said, I found happiness thanks to them and in reality
they show you what you need to do, but we need to put our little bit of effort
to work on ourselves.

Buddhism, as in every major religion after the founder dies, there seems to be a

What we have left below is what happens when a person has access to all the
above information to help his practise. He becomes Good and Does Good. He
activates Yama and Niyama from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. But these saintly
powers of goodness only can come from one who is in tune with the energies of

According to traditional Chinese Five-Element theories,
emotions are processed through energy pathways, the meridians.
The Emotion Anger is created by Energy Blockages on the Liver meridian,
an excess of joy or manicism is created by Energy Blockages on the Heart
meridian, pensiveness is created by Energy Blockages on the Spleen meridian, grief
is created by Energy Blockages on the Lung meridian,
and fear
is created by Energy Blockages on the Kidney meridian.
Acupuncture, originated by the meditational Taoist masters
who saw the meridians and their associated points during their meditations 4000
years ago and then created acupuncture, is still the first that suggests a
connection between emotions and physical body.
Apparently there are more emotions and more complicated
energy pathways than the five listed above. If for some reason there are
blockages in the meridian, the specific emotion is going to be created as well.
This may result in a delayed emotional process, driven
emotions or a specific emotion holding. A long-term emotional blockage may also
be related physical conditions such as slowed detoxification, blocked metabolism
and emotional disorders as a prelude to more serious infirmities.
Traditional Chinese medicine deals with emotional blockages through acupuncture
to remove the blockages - and only the smallest blockages and Chinese herbs to
remove the toxins caused by the Energy Blockage.
The most common meridian causing emotional problems is the
Liver and the Heart meridians. The Liver blockage often causes anger issue while
the Heart meridian is always associated with sleep problems. There are quite a
few herbal formulas dealing with the Liver energy stagnation and the Heart
energy deficiency. The blockages in other meridians also cause other emotional
and physical conditions. Specific pattern differentiations are needed
accordingly.
Most recent development of emotional therapies like EFT and
TFT using Chinese energy system, based on Touch for Health, and having all
the problems associated with Touch for Health and Applied Kinesiology, started
in the 1980s.
Dr. Roger Callahan found a meridian tapping technique to
eliminate negative emotions such as anxieties, phobias, and painful memories. He
believes that negative emotions disrupt normal energy flow in the meridians. By
tapping specific acupuncture points that associate with those meridians he is
able to strengthen the energy and help the meridian to get ride of those
negative emotions. He called his technique Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
In the 1990s, based on the original TFT, Dr. Gary Craig
developed his own accessible approach to energy psychology, which is the
Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT). Both therapies and other variations of this
technique can be available to treat emotional issues and physical conditions
caused by emotional blockages. Patients can learn the technique and perform the
treatment at home.
Since the electrodermal screening technique was developed, specific emotional
blockages and associated meridians can be easily identified.
With Immune System Reprogramming (a special tapping technique
like EFT and TFT) the blocked emotions can be released and the meridian is
balanced again. The Immune System Reprogramming is a type of informational
therapy, which signals the body to heal. It is similar to TFT or EFT, when you
tap your meridians with an emotion vial (homeopathic preparation) in hand, the
body is signaled to open the emotional blockage and balance the associated
meridian. With this technique we are able to identify the hidden emotional
factors that cause physical conditions and solve the problems even if the
patients are not aware of the connections between their emotions and their
physical conditions.
In 1940s a German doctor, Edward Bach, developed a unique emotional therapy,
called flower essences. He found that the smells of the flowers trigger
emotional reactions. He believes that many of the diseases are caused by the
conflicts between our divine goals and our personalities. This conflict causes
mental and emotional blockages that may lead to physical conditions. He
discovered original 38 flower essences that help to balance the psychological
state and keep the soul once again a whole and revitalized. Flower essences can
be used in special combinations addressing specific psychological status for
each patient. More advanced homeopathic preparations of flower essences are also
available for deeper emotional issues.
Before all these techniques,
Touch for Health or Applied Kinesiology first showed how
touching the Meridians could release Energy Blockages and stuck emotions -
Emotional Blockages. I remember my teacher showing me how to remove the negative
Emotions of his wife. When I said that a Sub- Personality Blockage was the cause
of the emotion and was not amenable to being removed simply by touching he
disagreed, even though his wife supported my point of view. He touched the point
and the blockage went, just like he always did.
After that the Energy Blockage always returned and he had to
continue moving it from one part of the body to another, but he never succeeded
in completely removing the blockage.
His wife died five years later from Cancer.

KUMBA MELA IN HARIDWAR
I was in Haridwar for the Kumb in 1998. Every twelve years is
a Kumba Mela and the next is in Haridwar in early 2010.
I got there for one of the auspicious days when the Nagas take a dip in the
River Ganges - just where it comes into the plains at Haridwar descending from
glaciers in the high Himalayas, sorry
forget the date, perhaps Mid March, as I got to Badrinath for the temple opening
on May 1.
Haridwar is a very good location for viewing events as there is a hill above Har
Ki Pari ghat, where the TV cameras set up and you can view the crowds in safety,
otherwise the streets were thronged day and night
Haridwar will be very crowded at the time of Kumbh, over the period more than 25
million people will go. The last Maha Kumb Mela (every 144 years) had 60
Millions - the largest gathering of people ever on this earth.

Minar:

27 Hindu and Jain temples that were destroyed by the new

Humayun’s Tomb:
This is one
of the most beautiful examples of Mogul architecture in
Delhi. The tomb, set in a Persian garden, is an
octagonal structure capped by a double dome that soars
125ft (38m) into the sky. In the grounds are some other
monuments, including the Tomb of Isa Khan
Rashtrapati Bhavan:
This is the residence of the president of India. The
building unmistakably carries a British influence in its
structuring.
Parliament Building:
Like the Rashtrapati Bhavan this building is a symbol of
British imperial power.
Other Mosques: Delhi has several other mosques
well known for their elegance. These include Begumpuri
Masjid, Gumbad and Masjid, Fatehpuri Sikri Masjid.

Lotus Temple
(SEE ABOVE), Kalka Devi Temple, Hanuman Temple, Lakshmi
Narayan Temple are some of the well known worship
shrines in Delhi. These temples are reputed for their

Here is the experience of Kundalini Energy which our Energy Enhancement
student, Danisa de Paul, got after a month of Meditation.
We taught the Energy Enhancement techniques to her quickly in Barcelona
and afterwards she joined the Energy Enhancement Online or Home
Study course which is available cheaply on the Energy Enhancement Website.
“I would like to transmit adequately in words the experience I got
with Satchy + Devi, but I know these words do not exist.
There are sensations and feelings there are very difficult to
explain, you can only have the experience.
A few days ago I was practicing Energy Enhancement meditation techniques.
I have learnt Energy Enhancement Stages One to Five of Level one
only, which you can learn on the Energy Enhancement Online Course,
however, suddenly my body started to move in circular movements anticlockwise and clockwise.
I left my body which was moving. Nothing ever happened to me like
that before, but after some time I was afraid, very afraid. An internal
voice talked to me, there is no reason to be afraid.
I did not know what happened to me. I got the feeling I was spinning
or may be about to explode. It was something very strong which after, stopped.
Now my body is doing this movement all the time in meditation but
first anticlockwise and after clockwise.
Today, also after this movement it started to move in a direct line
from right to left and after front and back.
Thank God I got two Masters like them which destiny put in my Path.
When I went to see them in L’Escala, on the Costa Brava above Barcelona,
the city in which I live, I knew that it would be a unique experience
and very special, but in reality I found with something more than that.
I found the direction of my life. The utility of my existence on
this planet, and I found the answer to many questions that many
Human beings ask to themselves daily.
They gave me a good motive to be alive and to help others.
They taught me how to enjoy every second, every detail, of life
that may be in another moment I would think meaningless.
I would like to tell to everybody how much can they enjoy if they
decided to spend some time with them.
The best way to understand the experience is by going. To risk change,
to risk opening another door, to walk through for a different path you could never imagine.
To synthesise what I said, I found happiness thanks to them and
in reality they show you what you need to do, but we need to put
our little bit of effort to work on ourselves. All their teaching is a process over time.
Really there is no money in this world can pay for all that...
Everything depends on us. Do you want to continue attachment to
your fears and pains or do you want to risk being happy…?”

Apparently the owner of the Hard Rock Café Company had been going to see
Sri Sathya Sai baba at his Ashram for 15 years and never got an interview.
And one day he got the Interview!! And Sai Baba told him that someone would offer
Him hundreds of Millions of dollars for his business, but he was not to take the offer.
He was told that the next week he would be offered 200 Million Dollars more
and that he was to take that offer.
He gave the difference, 200 Million Dollars, to Sri Sathya Sai Baba!!
And it all starts through your practise of meditation. The method
of choice of all aspirants for the last 5000 years. With meditation

nestling into the feet of the Sacred Shiva Mountain of Arunachala,

for any European Cathedral, with serried ranks of white statues
of the Hindu expressions of God reaching up to the sky in White
Gopurams. Past the blessing elephant who touches you on the head
with his trunk in return for a few paise. Past the Olympic size
swimming pool which is used to purify all entrants as you immerse
yourself in its waters through into the central Holy of Holies where
the priests give you bareshouldered blessings and the Light of Arati. again to bless and purify.
Do not be befooled by the chicanery all around you. That is their
problem. Remember that Enlightenment is called for by You and then
descends as Grace and is the product of Your heart whose energy
is called Bhavanaa,.... willpower, meditation, directed energy of
kundalini, change, simplicity, purity, Love....
Just be aware of the powerpoint Arunachala and the power of the
awakened Saints who came to realisation living alone in the caves
on its slopes. How they have raised the quanta of energy in that
are so that anyone who comes there goes away changed. A Quantum leap of Energy when you come.
It is also the Home of Ramanashramam where we have been staying,
eating and meditating. His room is now a meditation room, charged
with light and his presence. The place where the great saint Bhagavan
Ramana Maharshi lived and worked for 66 years after his Enlightenment
at the age of 16. When he died in 1950 they asked him not to leave
them. He said "Where can I go ?"
Each Great Saint brings with them a new method or teaching on Enlightenment
and that of Ramana Maharshi is so simple. And so effective. That
everyone wishing to Progress on the Path of Enlightenment should be aware of it.
Our meeting with Shantananda Puri back in Vaishishta Gufa in the
Himalayas remains with us as we remember that commentary of his
on the Atma Pooja Upanishad, an inspired meeting between Enlightened
Aashtavarka and the Enlightened King Janaka, their advice to all
seekers and its relevance to Ramanas message.
Just find out who you really are, and that will cleanse all negativity from you.
I remember talking to one seeker back in Parana in South America.
She said that we all could not be like me and Devi but I replied,
"Oh Daughter, if you knew who you really were, you would not say that!"
And such was the Bhavana of that saying, that at the back of the
room a yoga teacher raised her arms as the Kundalini coursed through
her, shaking and crying and utterly blessed!!
I remember the walk on the full moon night just a few days ago when
we took the inner path of Parikrama around the sacred slopes of
Arunacahala. When as the sun set at six pm we took ourselves away.
Away from the 100,000 people who regularly clockwise walk the 14km
around the Sacred Mountain on each full moon night.
In the heat of the night we took the inner path, alone on rubble
strewn roads, past ancient Temples, over rocks, through forests,
past the irrigation lakes with their sacred steps down into the
waters where in bathing, in the light of the moon, alone with the
Sacred Mountain, we raised our energies that night.
So, on to the beach and the purity of Kerala and its forests, tiger
and elephant reserves, its backwater tours and Ayurvedic Massages and the Magic that is India.
And the Sacred White Purity of Meditation that is the Taj Mahal.

Recently we met Michael, a German Sannyasin, a monk, who is named
the Old Man of Gokula Beach where he lives in a hut on the beach
with nothing. A Shiva site and temple in Karnataka where the beach
is in the shape of an OM sign!! He was telling me of his Enlightenment
back in 1983 and by bringing together the energy of the Alta Major
Center and Ajna Center he transmitted the experience of that Enlightenment
to me whilst sitting together in the Lonely Planet Vegetarian Restaurant.
As our Energy Grew together we cried as tears rained down our cheeks as the Heart Opened.
Although he radiates this energy to all who meet him he was very
happy to be with me for a while as “So few people understand”.
We sat the evening radiating the Light of the Soul together. Such a happy meeting!!
So, here we are on the Beach at Kovalam, Kerala, South India. Surrounded
by Coconut Palm Trees which fringe the beach we are staying at the
Hilton Beach Resort with Television, Internet, Air Conditioning
and Swimming Pool as well as being 30 yards from the beach and the
lighthouse which beams light whirling above our heads every night.
The air is warm and humid, around 31 Centigrade which enables us
to walk around without the coats and coverings so normal in wintery
Europe or USA. The locals just walk around in lunghis which are
cloths wrapped around their hips and legs like skirts and, like
going to a Hindu Temple, bare chested, with nothing to hide. All
the ladies traditionally wear Saris or sometimes Kurtas which are exotic and beautiful.
This Earth is so Beautiful........

- "I was meeting a nice girl of 28 this morning here at our center in Rosario.
She is a
Psychologist but has fallen out of love with Psychology because although it
explains things intellectually it gives no TECHNIQUES apart from talking to
change anything
internally, particularly in herself. You can see how effective Psychology
is by looking at Woody Allen.
I connected with her base chakra and
her inner child showed me all her chakras and blockages one by one. A very
interesting experience. First the Base chakra, one fear and security blockage
which I removed very quickly. Then the second, a pain filled relationship
blockage which I also removed. Then all the chakras solar plexus, heart etc,
feeling the general dirtyness of the psychic body usually cleaned with
The
Grounding of Negative Energies but no major blockages. Then the head,
two blockages, one a person who had just died, very deep and negative. I removed
the first blockage but the other one was more difficult and stayed with me,
absorbed by my psychic body, for a day before I sent it on.
She felt the movement
of energy blockages in the head and in the body as my mind and energy was
working on her and told me that she normally got a lot of headaches. She was
interested in my exposition of Energy Enhancement as all the while I was working
on these blockages I was also talking to her. Such openings show an educated
psychic body, one with talent. Not everyone who comes to the Guru has similar
experiences. Some also get more. She and I felt that with training she also
might be able to help her clients in a similar way. So, she is coming back
tomorrow to try out the process, to get her first Initiation in Energy

MEDITATING AFTER A FEW DAYS ON THE COURSE -
"To expand, I
was sitting in meditation the other night and was happily destroying
blockages in me using the Seven
Step Process of Energy Enhancement taught by Satchi and Devi when
I was staggered by something new. I watched as negative energy transmuted
into white light and travelled down to the centre of the earth then returned
up my spinal column and carried on into outer space to the centre of the
universe and then returned back to me through the crown chakra and down the
front of my body through the throat centre then the heart centre and the
solar plexus, on to the genitals and in to the perineum, through to the
centre of the earth and returned back up my spine and so began this new
orbit of energy.
The effect was
something else; it shot through me at incredible speed. This carried on and
got denser and more powerful as I discharged more of the negative energy
within me. This energy took the form of bands of light that followed each
other in waves travelling at equal distance apart and as I discharged and
transmuted more negative energy the bands got closer together and I found
that I could control the speed at which they travelled through the body.
Satchi calls this orbit the Supra Galactic Orbit
which travels up the ANTAHKARANA
into the centre of the universe and down through the centre of the earth
passing through the front of the body on the downward sweep and returning up
the spine on the outward sweep. I was complete."

Reflections
on "How to Do what you Love" by Paul Graham, through Meditation.
I was reading "How to Do what you Love" by Paul Graham last night and
because I loved it so much I decided to write a little more of me into it. I
think you should read it first, so Google it and It will magically appear.
When I was young I was happy. My father said, "What is the thing you would
like most in the world". I said, "Happiness". He asked if I would not prefer
a Rolls Royce but I said no. If I was happy, I would not need a Rolls Royce.
And I was happy with the work at school. Able to do the work but not really
interested in it except to go to the limit with it, to find out if my
interest continued with it.
People are lucky if they can find and discard interests quickly. Tried that
and found the limit. Got bored and moved onto more interesting things.
Moving onto more interesting things is evolution.
Been there. Done That. Bought the Tea Shirt!
Staying with the same thing only means we have not yet seen deeply into it.
This seeing deeply into it also is evolution. But once you have seen, you
must move on.
It was sort of like doing a crossword puzzle to find out if I could do it.
But ultimately useless. There is no meaning in collecting examinations.
Solely as a means of doing something. What?
So, I collected examinations. And through that I collected discipline.
What made me less than happy was the other people. Unpredictable and
emotional.
By accident I tried Yoga. At the age of sixteen I got so relaxed and able to
access intelligence and energy that I continued to do Yoga every night for
many years.
Something I told no-one about because I thought they might deride me. "Keep
it secret, keep it safe", said Gandalf.
After working at a Joint Honours Degree in Physics and Electronics, because
my ambition at that time was to be another Einstein, I found work
problematic. I could not easily engage in aims that were not my true love.
At 21 after studies in art and the history of art I was able to spend 2
weeks creating a hundred paintings all of which I sold. I investigated
photography.
I wrote a well received book on Advanced Design Techniques in Software
because I wanted to and continued to work in Computers.
People continued to be mysteries.
The way politics and the world worked was a mystery also.
At the age of 28 I spent 3 years exploring Aikido and becoming a Yoga
Teacher. I spent one year meditating every night alone. Through this I was
luckily able to meet and practice with the worlds best enlightened teachers
like Zen Master Hogen and later, a more enlightened Master Swami
Satchidananda.
Through years of experience with my teachers in meditation and enlightenment
I discovered that the mind was limited. There were faster, larger and
greater computers we were connected to which gave better answers. One is
called Intuition. Another is called Psychic Vision. My teachers gave me
experience of all this.
Once that was attained then people were explained.
Then I started to understand the world.
I am and have always been happy.
Once I understood that my happiness was bound up in the happiness of others
I projected to teach Happiness and enlightenment to the World.
It consists of saying, and I am paraphrasing the 5000 year old words of
Maharishi Patanjali here, "After all that, here are complete instructions on
Enlightenment". "All that", is everything you have ever done. The "Complete
Instructions", are on Meditation.
And meditation is the only thing in my life which has never ended up in
boredom and because of a limited aim, pain. It keeps going deeper and
deeper.
Once you have seen deeply into everything in this world and found it
wanting, then you know that the maximal human evolution of enlightenment is
the only thing which can make you happy.
People become dissatisfied, fall out of love with everything they do and it
becomes difficult because of the traps of money and prestige,
responsibilities, old age and lack of energy, to move onto something else
which could provide the work which they love.
Then people stop moving on and evolving towards that which they love.
Because they do not truly believe in themselves, they accept something less.
You know, a shark needs to keep on moving if it is to continue pushing water
through the gills to get oxygen.
When it stops moving on, then, you have a dead shark.
Keep moving on towards something which you love then life can be happy. But
you could still be a shark.
But for thousands of years Masters of Meditation have been saying, "Do not
waste your time on useless things".
For thousands of years Masters of Meditation have been telling you,
"Enlightenment is Possible".
Understand that even though Hitler, Stalin, Chairman Mao and Bill Gates
really loved and love their jobs, ultimately this is not useful.
Only when you ATTAIN enlightenment. Only then is Love and Happiness
permanent.

THE FIFTH
LABOUR OF HERCULES
There is an ancient Greek myth about Hercules, (a
Son of God, Zeus), wanting to marry Persephone the Daughter of the King of the underworld.
The Crown Chakra wanting to combine with the Base Chakra. Shiva combining with Shakti. A
Human Being becoming Enlightened.
He needed to ask her father's permission. When he
did, her father was pleased to marry his daughter to the son of Zeus, but first he must
perform 12 tasks. The 12 labours of Hercules.
The fifth task was to clean out the Kings
stables - The Augean stables. Hercules said, "No Problem," but when he saw the
stables, he realised what a mountainous task he had taken on.
There were thousands of
horses and they had been creating manure for hundreds of years.
Just like we, ourselves,
create and absorb pain and Karma over thousands of lifetimes.
At first, he tried to dig the manure, examining
every turd. Just like the psychologists and past life therapists of today. But after one
month he had got nowhere. He had only cleared a small hole in a mountain of shit.
After much thought, he then projected to change
the course of the river Styx, the river we cross when we die, through the stables. When he
did this, the stables were quickly cleaned as the river washed all the manure away.
Deep Rivers of Energy lie hidden deep within us.
As we learn to access and then to use them. So, All our History. All our
pain can be dissipated and washed away.

Dearest Satchi and Devi,
It has been almost five months since I said good-bye in the airport in Crete.
There are several bits of writing that I owe you and that will come your way eventually. I am in transition between my touring job and my theatre camp. Now that I am done with the tour I have had a few minutes to reflect on what I brought away with me from Greece. (Please feel free to use this as a testimonial.)
When I went looking for an intensive yoga or dance training program one year ago
I hoped that I would be able to direct my life down a more positive path, learn to focus my emotions in a positive way, learn to use my empathy as a tool and not as a crutch, improve my physical health, and refine my yoga teaching skills.

You are two of the most compassionate and supportive people I know. You challenged me exactly the way I needed to be

When I look back on my time with you I often tell people that I flew half way around the world to be with my parents.
While I mean this factiously because of your similarities to my parents in your effect on me I also mean that.....
You stirred as much change in me as someone a close as a parent
can.
I just want to emphasize that my goals for my training with your, despite it being shorter than expected, were met. I know that there is more work to be done but I am thrilled with the results.

Since that time I am always connected to and able to source the white light
from above my head. Many times during this process I just forget to breathe
as though my breathing is just naturally suspended. I am now living in the

She said I just know where the point is. I can just see it, and when she
treated it our client felt a terrible pain where Devi was touching her on the
feet.
The Pains at the
back of the heart now were completely gone!
Devi used the
light puncture and the Techniques of Energy Enhancement to ground all the
negative energy in the point on the feet. It took her five minutes and after
that treatment there was no more pain in the point of the feet and the pains on

THE GOAL MUST BE TO REACH THE VASTNESS OF HEAVEN AND THE DEPTHS OF THE SEA,

MASTERED IT.
AN OLD FABLE has it that when God was creating the world he was approached
by four questioning angels. 'How are you doing it?' the first one asked. The
second queried, 'Why?' The third one said, 'May I have it when you finish?'
The fourth one said, 'Can I help?'
The first one was the question of the scientist, the second, the
philosopher's, the third, the politician's, and the fourth was the question
of the religious one.
The scientific inquiry into existence is that of detached observation. The
scientist has to be objective. To be objective he has to remain uninvolved;
he cannot participate, because the moment he becomes a participant he
becomes involved. Hence the scientist can only know the outer circumference
of life and existence. The innermost core will remain unavailable to
science; its very methodology prohibits it.
The philosopher only speculates, he never experiments. He goes on asking AD
infinitum, 'Why?' And the question is such that whatsoever the answer, it
can be asked again -- 'Why?' There is no possibility of any conclusion
through philosophy. Philosophy remains in a state of non-conclusion. It is a
futile activity; it leads nowhere.
The politician simply wants to possess the world, to own it. He is the most
dangerous of all because he is the most violent. His interest in life is not
in life itself but in his own power. He is power-hungry, power-mad; he is a
maniac, he is destructive. The moment you possess something alive, you kill
it, because the moment something becomes a property it is no more alive.
Possess a tree, and it is no more alive. Possess a woman or a man, and you
have killed them. Possess anything, and death is the outcome, because only
death can be possessed.
Life is freedom. It remains basically free. You cannot possess it, you
cannot put it into the bank, you cannot draw a line around it. You cannot
say, 'This is mine'; to say so is disrespectful, to say so is egoistic, to
say so is mad.
Life possesses us. How can we possess it? We have to be possessed by life
more and more. The whole gestalt has to change: from being possessive, one
has to become capable of being possessed by the whole.
The politician never comes to know the truth of life.
The religious person participates. He dances with life. He sings with
existence. He helps life. He is surrendered to existence, and he is not
detached and aloof. He does not really ask any question, he is not after
knowledge; his whole effort is how to be in harmony with existence, how to
be totally one with it. Hence the Eastern word for the ultimate experience:
SAMADHI.
It comes from two words. SAM -- SAM means together with. The same root SAM
has moved into English, too; it is in 'sympathy', it is in 'symphony'. A
little bit changed, it is in 'synthesis', 'synchronicity'. SAM means
together with. ADHI means the lord, God. SAMADHI means union with God, to be
one with God. And that is exactly the meaning of the English word
'religion'. It means to become one with existence; not to be divided, not to
remain separate but to become one. And only in this oneness does one come to
know, see, experience, and be.
Religion is also a great experiment -- the greatest, in fact -- but with a
difference. Science experiments with the object, religion experiments with
the subject itself. Its whole concern is: Who am I?
One should begin from the beginning. Unless I know myself, I am not going
to know anything else. If deep down I remain ignorant, then my whole
knowledge is just garbage. It is based on ignorance, it is rooted in
ignorance. First the light has to happen inside me, and then it can spread.
Then it can go to the very boundaries of existence -- if there are any
boundaries. But first this has to happen within me. The first flame has to
come from my subjectivity. When my centre is full of light, then only will
whatsoever is known really be known. Unless you know yourself, unless the
knower is there, how can you know anything else? If you yourself are in deep
darkness, all the lights that you have created outside are deceptions,
illusions.
The religious quest is the greatest quest in existence. A few things have
to be understood about this quest.
The first thing: religion cannot creep; it has to dance or die. And that's
what is not happening in the world -- religion is not dancing, hence it has
died. Religion is creeping and crawling; it has forgotten how to fly.
Religion has become dogma. Dogma is death; it is a corpse. To be flowing and
alive and flying, religion has to exist as an experience -- not as a theory,
not as theology, but as meditation; not as a philosophy about God but as a
personal experience of God. And, know perfectly well: to know about God is
not to know God. You can go on knowing about and about, but you will never
know God. To know about is to go round and round without penetrating the
very centre of it.
Religion cannot creep, and religion is creeping. Christianity, Hinduism,
Islam -- they are all creeping. They have all become apologetic. They are
all afraid of the scientific growth in the world. They have been fighting
against science. They tried all that they could do to prevent scientific
growth, but they failed. Now they try to get all of their support from
science -- whatsoever they can manage -- but they know perfectly well that
they have become secondary. They can exist only if science supports them.
They can exist only if scientific argument becomes a prop. This is creeping.
Religion is no more on its own ground, on its own feet; it needs support
from science. It is living a borrowed existence, a borrowed life. Its time
is gone.
Why has it happened? Once a religion becomes dogma and is no more
experience, it dies automatically. And a dead body cannot stand on its own,
it needs support. All the churches and the temples are supported, they are
not standing on their own.
When there is a Buddha he stands on his own. When there is a Christ he
stands on his own. Then religion dances, sings a song. Then it is alive, it
blooms, there are a thousand and one flowers, and great fragrance is
released.
My effort here is to make religion dance again. There is no need for any
support, because religion in itself is the greatest authentic experience.
Others should look towards science for support, not religion! If religion
starts dancing, starts becoming alive, science will need its support,
because science itself is losing ground. It is becoming uglier and uglier
every day. It is becoming more and more life-negative every day. It is
becoming more and more political every day. All that science discovers is
possessed by the politician. And all that science discovers serves death; it
is no more serving life. Ninety percent of scientific effort goes on war.
Science is losing face. Unless religion starts dancing, even science will no
longer have any future. Science will need some release of energy from
religion to support it. And if religion can be alive again and science
becomes a part, a shadow of religion, then only can it be free of the
politician and his madness. Otherwise it seems impossible.
Man is coming closer and closer to the ultimate destruction of life on the
earth. Only a release of religious energy can save him, can save humanity.
What we are doing here may look like a very small experiment, but its
potential is infinite. The future of humanity depends on only one thing:
that religion can again lead man, that religion can again become the central
influence on man, that religion can again become humanity's dream.
And remember, it is a very difficult dream -- almost impossible. To dream
to be with God, to dream to be in God, is bound to be something like an
impossible dream. Man has lost courage. His dreams are tiny now, his dreams
are very mundane; he no longer dreams of the transcendental. And remember,
if you stop dreaming about the transcendental, you will live a meaningless
life. Meaning arises only in contact with the transcendental. Meaning arises
only when you are part of a greater whole, when you are part of something
higher than you, something bigger than you. When man tries to surpass
himself then there is religion. And that's what I call the dance of religion
-- man trying to transcend himself. No other animal can do it. No other
animal is capable of it. Only man has the potential and the possibility to
surpass himself. And a few men have surpassed themselves; a few men have
reached to the other shore.
And when I am talking to you, I am talking from the other shore. Hence, I
am not saying it from borrowed knowledge, I am saying it from my own
experience. I know the impossible can become possible. It has become
possible in me, it can become possible in you. Once your inner being becomes
full of light, once you know no darkness within yourself, then you are
religious.
Dream the impossible dream. It may look almost absurd in the beginning --
it does look -- but if it is strong enough, it transforms your reality.
I have heard...
Three trees once grew on a hillside, and as they swayed in the breeze they
would dream what they would like to be.
'I should like to be cut down one day,' said the first tree, 'and turned
into a baby's cradle.'
'I should like to be cut down one day,' said the second, 'and become a
great ship sailing the seas, carrying treasure and precious stones.'
And the third said, 'I should like to stand on a hill-top and point people
to heaven.'
One day the woodcutters came along and cut down the first tree. 'Let's make
it into a cattle stall,' they said.
'But I don't wish to be a cattle stall,' cried the tree. 'I want to be a
baby's cradle.' But they turned it into a cattle stall, and when the child
Jesus was born, they laid him gently in the cattle stall for there was
nowhere else to put him. And the tree said, 'Why, this is far far more
wonderful than ever I dreamed.'
The woodcutters said of the second tree, 'Let's make this tree into a
fishing boat.'
But the tree said, 'No! I don't wish to be a fishing boat; I want to be a
great ship carrying treasure and precious stones.' But they turned the tree
into a fishing boat and put it on an island lake. And a fisherman called
Simon Peter bought the boat, and Jesus sailed in the boat and taught the
people from it. And the tree said, 'Why, this is far far more wonderful than
ever I dreamed.'
And of the third tree they said, 'Let's make it into a cross.' But the tree
said, 'I don't want to be a cross -- a thing of shame on which men die. I
want to stand on a hill-top and point people to heaven.' But they turned the
tree into a cross and Jesus was nailed to that cross. And all down the
years, men have looked to that cross, and it has pointed them to God.
Even if trees can dream something, they become it. So what to say about
man?
Man has the greatest potential on the earth, in existence. If you are
lacking something, it means you are lacking a great dream of surpassing
yourself. You have become satisfied with the mundane. You have started
creeping on the earth, crawling on the earth. You don't look upwards. There
is a great beyond calling you forth! There is a great beyond challenging
you. And only that man is truly a man who accepts the challenge of the
beyond. All others are only men in name, in form, but not really men.
Be a man! Accept the challenge of the unknown, of the beyond. Let it become
a great dream in your being. That which you appear to be is only a seed. The
seed has to fall into the soil, and has to die, and has to become a tree,
and has to bloom.
If you cut the seed, you will not find flowers there. That's where science
is missing the whole point -- it goes on cutting the seed. It says, 'You say
this seed will bring great flowering? We will cut and dissect the seed, and
see.' And they cut and dissect the seed, and they have the methodology to
dissect the seed, but no flower is found. So they say there is no flower.
That's how they have come to the conclusion that there is no God in
existence, that there is no soul, that there is no beyond, that life is just
an accident and there is no destiny to life.
There is a famous saying of the Zen Master, Ikkyu.
'If you break open the cherry tree, where are the blossoms?
But in springtime how they bloom!'
Wait for the springtime. If you want to see, then wait for the springtime.
And then you will find a Buddha, not a man; and you will find a Jesus, not a
man; and you will find a Krishna, not a man. Then you will find the flower,
and the seed is no more found there; the seed has disappeared, its function
fulfilled. It was protecting something of immense value, it was carrying a
blueprint; now it is no more needed. The soil has been found, the spring has
arrived, and the seed was courageous enough to die.
Man's ego is nothing but a seed. It is very protective. People ask me, 'If
ego is such a barrier towards God, then why in the first place does ego
exist? If mind is such a barrier to God, then why does mind exist at all?'
It exists to protect you, just as the hard shell of the seed exists to
protect the potential. The potential is very soft; it will be destroyed if
the hard shell is not around it. The hard shell is not the enemy. The hard
shell will be the enemy only if the spring has come, and the soil has been
found, and the seed rejects death. If the hard shell says, 'Now, I will go
on protecting you, even against the spring. I will protect you against this
soil,' then there is going to be trouble.
That's where the problem arises. The ego in itself is not a problem. The
child needs it, otherwise the child will be very unprotected. He will not
know how to survive in this world of struggle. He will not know how to
protect himself against so many hazards. He is so soft, tender, he will die
before he becomes a Buddha. The ego helps him. The ego is a kind of armour,
and so is the mind -- it protects him.
It is not your enemy. It is the enemy only when the moment has come and you
are ready to move into meditation -- you have found a Master, you have found
a method and you are ready -- but the mind says, 'No, I cannot die. Just
think of all the blessings that I have showered upon you. Just think of all
the benefits that I have given you. Just think of all that I have done for
you! Feel grateful, and don't try to destroy me.'
Then the problem arises: then the protector becomes destructive. Then you
have to fight against your own mind, you have to fight against your own ego,
you have to fight against your own armour, because the armour is no more
needed. You have to release your inner potential -- spring has come.
So when spring has come, only then is it a problem; otherwise it is not a
problem, it is a help. The helpful can become a hindrance. When its time is
gone, it has to go.
Dream of the impossible. Dream of surpassing yourself. Dream of NIRVANA,
dream of MOKSHA, dream of the kingdom of God; only then will you start
working and moving towards it, and only then with that dream, will your feet
have the quality of dance.
Without the dream you will become dull. That's why people are dragging. How
can they dance? For what? Just to go every day to the office and work, and
come back home and quarrel with the wife and listen to all the complaints of
the children? And next day the same rut starts again -- year in, year out.
What is there to dance about? In fact, it is a miracle how man goes on
living, why he does not commit suicide. What does he live for?
There is nothing that is awaiting him, there is nothing that he can look up
to. There is no star in the night; it is all darkness. It is a miracle how
man goes on living, how he manages. The people who commit suicide seem to be
more logical. The people who go on living seem to be very illogical.
Miserable, bored, dragging -- but they go on living. But it shows something.
It shows one thing: that your innermost being knows that the possibility is
there. Any day you may become alert about the potential, about the possible.
Any day, the dream will possess you. And then there will be meaning and
there will be dance.
'Religion is art,' said William Blake. 'Religion is art, not money.'
This is a very very pregnant statement. And only a man like William Blake
could have made it. He is a mystic poet.
What is art? 'Art is a way,' he says, 'of doing something': painting,
poetry, dancing, sculpture, music, pottery, weaving. 'Art is a way of doing
something.' He does not say anything about creating oneself. But that is
exactly what religion is. It is not painting, it is not poetry, it is not
sculpture, it is not music, but something on the same lines, something
beyond -- creating oneself.
Religion is a way of doing something also -- living, loving, seeing, being.
All art is 'making'. It is helping God to create. That's why I call the man
who said to God, 'Can I help?' the religious man.
If you want to know the creator you will have to become a creator in some
measure on your own. Poetry may not be religion proper but it points in the
right direction. When a poet is really in a creative state, he knows
something of religion -- a faraway distant music, because when he is in a
creative state, he is no more himself. He participates -- although in a very
small measure, but he participates in God.
Just a drop of divinity enters into him. That's why great poets have always
said, 'When we write poetry, we are not the creators of it. We become
possessed. Some unknown energy enters, sings, dances in us. We don't know
what it is.' When a painter is lost into his painting, he is utterly lost
into his painting, his ego disappears. Maybe only for moments, but in those
egoless moments God paints through him.
If you participate in God, God participates in you. Art is an unconscious
form of religion. Religion is conscious art. Art is as if you are religious
in a dream, but it is pointing in the right direction. The artist is the
nearest to the religious. But it is not understood that way. You don't think
of a poet as religious or a painter as religious, on the contrary, if
somebody fasts, tortures his body, makes his being ugly, you start thinking
that HE is religious. He is simply being violent with himself. He is just
suicidal, he is neurotic, and you think he is religious.
Neurotics become MAHATMAS; they are respected and worshipped as saints.
They are not religious at all. The difference between a so-called saint and
a murderer is not much. The murderer murders somebody else, and your
so-called saint murders himself. But both do the same thing: both are
violent, both are destructive. And whenever you are destructive you are
farthest from God, because God is creativity. To me, aesthetics is the
closest neighbour of religiousness, not ethics.
Lenin is reported to have said, 'Ethics will be the aesthetics of the
future.' I say: No, just the contrary; aesthetics will be the ethics of the
future. Beauty is going to be the truth of the future, because beauty can be
created. And a beautiful person, who loves beauty, who lives beauty, who
creates beauty, is moral -- and with no effort. His morality is not a
cultivated morality, it is just his aesthetic sense that makes him moral. He
cannot kill because he cannot think of killing as being beautiful. He cannot
cheat, he cannot be dishonest because all these things make him feel ugly.
His criterion is beauty. And I agree with William Blake that religion is
art.
All art is making. All making necessitates a kind of faith. You see what is
not there, and work in such a way that what was invisible, intangible,
inaudible, is given shape in time and space. What is produced will be
apparent to the senses -- a painting, a poem, or a garden. Art is not to be
confused, however, with the object it produces.
