PARADIGM AND VOCABULARY
PARADIGM.
Whenever we adopt a certain way of perceiving and relating to the world (a paradigm) then we also adopt the vocabulary that accompanies the paradigm.
For example, the religious person and the psychologist can be talking about exactly the same phenomenon but explaining it using a different vocabulary.
The religious person may say: "I get a great deal of energy from God to do this task."
The psychologist or layman may say: "I approach this task with great enthusiasm."
VOCABULARY.
They are both talking about the same thing but using a vocabulary that is based upon their preferred or adopted paradigm.
