male reproductive system
The male reproductive organs include the testicles (where sperm are produced), the vas deferens (the tubes that carry sperm from each testicle), the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland (the glands that produce most of the seminal fluid - which combines with sperm to form semen), and the penis (made of colums of erectile tissue).

The process of fertilization begins with the union of an egg and a sperm. Sperm enter the vagina during sexual intercourse.
