ID, EGO, SUPER-EGO
The id corresponds to basic biological desires (hunger, thirst, sexual desire, shelter, family, and social life).
The ego considers the drives of the id and plans realistic strategies to achieve these goals within the bounds of reality (including social reality).
The super-ego is the repository of learned social rules and social behaviors that must also be satisfied if the ego (the individual) is to operate without creating a great deal of anxiety for themselves and others.
THE ID - The Lower self by itself.
Desire and aversion that is required for the functioning of the individual.
-
BASE CHAKRA: Meeting basic physical needs.

THIRD CHAKRA: Activity that meets these needs.
THE SUPER-EGO: The higher self by itself.
Social conscience, social consideration, social requirements that all individuals must adhere to if they want to remain as functioning members of human societies.
-
HEART CHAKRA: Socialization - the consideration of others.
-
THROAT CHAKRA: Effective communication to navigate within society.
-
BROW CHAKRA: Intellectual capacity to understand and execute social considerations.
THE EGO: The holistically integrated individual.
The healthy, holistic, and balanced integration of the lower and higher self.
AND WHAT OF THE CROWN CHAKRA?
Psychological systems are not necessarily transcendent systems. The addition of the crown chakra covers the transcendent/philosophical/mystery considerations that an individual may wish to investigate on any path of holistic self-development.
