This is the world of the Higher Chakras above the head containing the Astral Plane, the Soul plane, the Monadic Plane with higher chakras above the head - the Soul, Monad, Logos, Sirius and Avatar of Synthesis.

Sri Sri Yukteswar, teacher of Paramahamsa Yogananda on the Chakras above the head taught in Kriya Yoga -  "Man belongs to the Bhu Loka; and counting from the seven Chakras in the body and going forward, Bhuva Loka (The Soul) is the eighth, Sva Loka (The Monad) is the ninth, and Maha Loka (The Logos) the tenth. Thus the name of this sphere as the tenth, Dasam, and being the sphere that provides the Link or Door between the realms of creation - This World, and of the Spirit, it has been appropriately termed as the "Tenth Door", Dasam Dvar"

The Barrier to accessing these planes is a dark energy called Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass which is created by Trauma and Pain caused by anything which is against the Will of God.

Ahimsa or Harmlessness is the principle used by Mahatma Ghandi to transform India from a Slave State into a Free and Liberated Country. Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass is created by the Pain caused when this great spiritual law is broken.

Ahimsa is Harmlessness by word, thought or deed and explains more about and corresponds to the law of the Bible, "Thou shalt not Kill" - Any Trauma will cause Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass.

Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass is a dense energy which cuts off access to the energy of God. It is that which cuts off the Archangel Lucifer from God creating that which is against the Will of God. For example Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass above the head will cut you off from your Conscience. Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass above the head is the only cause of the Selfish, Competitive Ego and its evils in all humanity.

Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass in chakras causes a loss of functionality and a use of the chakra functionality in a bad way. For example, Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass in the Heart Chakra will cause a lack of Empathy; Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass in the Base Chakra will cause a lack of sexual function, and it will cause the legs not to work; Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass in the second "relationship" chakra will cause short passion filled relationships and the inability to form happy long term relationships.. and so on.

Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass is the cause of all disease and lack of functionality - everywhere in your body.. 

Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass forms the barrier to memory, splitting up the mind and memory into various Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass bounded enclaves where the sub - personalities of the ego and inner children are formed within the same mind, usually without any knowledge of each other.

To indicate this Gurdjieff said, "The person who says he will get up at Four in the morning is not the same person who throws the alarm clock out of the window"

As Frodo said the Boromir, "You are not Yourself" as the Ring of the Lord of the Rings, affecting Boromir at that time is a lot of pure Trauma - Formed Negative Karmic Mass - an Energy Blockage.
