NANAK SAYS, - BY SUBMISSION TO THE DIVINE ORDER WHICH IS PREORDAINED.
It was a dark moonless night; the clouds were heavy with rain because it was the monsoon season. Suddenly thunder sounded and lightning flashed as a few rain drops started to fall. The village was asleep. Only Nanak was awake and the echo of his song filled the air.
Nanak's mother was worried because the night was more than half over and the lamp in his room was still burning. She could hear his voice as he sang. She could restrain herself no longer and knocked at his door, "Go to sleep now, my son. Soon it will be dawn." Nanak became silent. From the darkness sounded the call of the sparrowhawk. "Piyu, piyu, piyu!" it called.
"Listen, mother!" Nanak called out. "The sparrowhawk is calling to his beloved; how can I be silent, because I am competing with him? I will call my beloved as long as he calls his -- even longer, because his beloved is nearby, perhaps in the next tree! My beloved is so far away. I will have to sing for lives upon lives before my voice reaches him." Nanak resumed his song.
Nanak attained God by singing to him; Nanak's quest is very unusual -- his path was decorated with songs. The first thing to be realized is that Nanak practiced no austerities or meditation or yoga; he only sang, and singing, he arrived. He sang with all his heart and soul, so much so that his singing became meditation; his singing became his purification and his yoga.
Whenever a person performs any act with all his heart and soul, that act becomes the path.
Endless meditation, if halfhearted, will take you nowhere;
whereas just singing a simple song with all your being merged in it, or dance a dance with the same total absorption and you will reach God.
The question is not what you do, but how much of yourself you involved in the act.

I
m
getting stuck straight in, its amazing, because the very first time i got
the sitting position correct. I could feel the energy flowing up my spine
and over my head incredible heat and a real tingling in my face and a
feeling of elation i cant describe and i did this while using sound for each
chakra, when i struck the heart chakra tone my chest just expanded and it
felt like it was being lifted up and the whole room seemed full of energy
and and and what a feeling, phew. It was heaven.
I was sitting still for about an hour and it felt like only a few
minutes i think i just arrived.
I think i now have all the little pieces of my jigsaw, its taken a long time
searching and im also seeing the numerous times when i was shown the
direction but i was unable to see, There seems to be so much that i have
missed and i wonder how come i was this blind for so long.

Satchi has been teaching us about
the mastery of relationships over the last few days and it is another

here as it is very personal. It is sufficient to say that if you have or had any
relationships with people that were not to your liking or affected you badly

Satchi taught us how to disconnect
from you, every one you have ever come into contact with in this life time and
all past life times and then how to reconnect the relationships you want to keep

came very quickly to realise this. I could literally feel the energy moving
inside each chakra as the other person worked within me from several meters away
and when I worked on the other person I could see me projecting energy to them
and could see where the blockages were within their chakras.
I could force the energy from my
centres into their centres and clean their centre bringing the energy full
circle back to me. You could tell the state of their chakras by the amount of
energy returning to your own centre and this was achieved by mind power only.
Before I came here Satchi said he
would teach me to do it in this way and I was sceptical about this claim. I
could never envision me having psychic vision, but I have strong psychic vision now, I can now do
astonishingly powerful Reiki sessions on people without going any where near
them and distance healing over any distance is a piece of cake, incredible

These are just a few of the experiences that I have had
since being here. All of my fellow students have had similar and much more
dramatic experiences.
Conclusion
I have been working for over 12 years with many well
known techniques including Transcendental meditation and Kriya Yoga, Subud,
A Course in Mircles and the Sedona Method.
Although I have made good progress with these techniques
I now consider these to have been preliminary techniques to prepare me for
Energy Enhancement.

Energy
Blockages tend to move from one person to another according to the Third Law of
Thermodynamics - Energy
flows from areas of high concentration to low concentration. This means...

energy flows from Saints at a high energy level into people of low levels,
thus raising them up and making them higher. Another byproduct is that Blockages
tend to get thrown out by this raising of energies and in the process making
their blockages really upset. Thus the attributes of Kundalini Energy. A feeling

Satchi taught us meditation and the Circulation of the Energies in order, as he
said, "To improve our psychic vision" During these initiations I saw all my
Energy Blockages in colour!! I saw my abdomen filled with blackness and thought
back to my first periods, filled with pain, my inability to breathe properly and
the problems I have with digesting food.
I saw all the brown clouds of pain filling my lumbar region and the problems
with the throat chakra making me understand my problems with communication and
the Peter Principle, we always do that which we most need to learn, which caused
me to become a journalist and an arabian belly dancer teacher.
Satchi saw/felt them too and asked if I would like some healing because he
explained that normally he liked to teach the Removal of Blockages Techniques of Energy Enhancement Level 2 and let the students heal themselves, but because I was going before he could teach that, he thought that a little band aid would be
helpful because he felt that the abdominal blockages were not made in this
lifetime but had come to me from my previous lifetimes.
I lay on my back and Satchi placed his hands over my abdomen and I drifted off
to a place of peace. I imagined myself lying on the grass in the sunshine. I saw
Satchi as an energy there too, blowing through me like the wind. In this space I
was a man, and not a woman as I am in this lifetime, and very focussed and
filled with anger. Many images of women relationships passed in front of me some
of them pregnant and I saw that I had no respect for the women in my life. I was
wounded in the right side of my belly and I was dying.
As Satchi healed my belly I felt the pain of the wound I was dying from and
people watching me said that this pain was reflected in my face. Finally the
pain was gone and Satchi said that was enough for now. The previous lifetime
had been healed and I had been brought face to face with attitudes in a previous
lifetime, anger and a lack of respect, being mirrored in this. I saw how my
irritation and anger was taking me away from my infinite peace and how these
attitudes were reflected back at me in my relationship with my husband.
It was interesting that the relationship chakra, the abdomen, the place I was
wounded was reflecting my previous attitudes and the Karma of those previous
lifetimes was being given back to me so that I would be taught never have those
attitudes again. I want to learn from my mistakes.
Satchi says you only get visions if you need to learn something.
Satchi explained that the intellectual level thought that it could solve
everything just like this.. "I should not get angry!!" but that the
intellectual level did not have the power to make that promise because its links
with the emotions were broken, blocked and faulty.
He explained that the intellectual level similarly says, "The whole world should
be filled with peace." Yet for 10,000 years there have been one or two wars
every year.
Most people find
it easy to have many thoughts, but you only have control over something when you have the
power to stop it.
Our mind is so
full of thoughts that it is necessary to learn how to press the stop button, so that one thought can have maximum power
when you want it. To learn how to access Wisdom and intuition. To access the Unconscious,
the Alpha, Beta and Delta levels of our own mind.
Meditation is a
fast for the thoughts of the mind. All our painful memories are thoughts filled will negative emotion.
As we learn how to stop giving energy to a thought, so it gets smaller, less powerful. It
eventually disappears.
The true control
over our minds, as known for many thousands of years, comes when we have the power to stop
all our thoughts.
When this occurs then we gain the Energy to
access our intuition and Soul life path. When we can do this then any thought we have
becomes so much more powerful. We begin to have the ability to make things happen. The
power of doing. The clarity to hold and accomplish anything we set our minds to.
To control something, one must be capable of stopping it, said Karl Popper
the famous philosopher who wrote, "The Open Society and its Enemies" and
Frank Herbert
who wrote the DUNE series of Science fiction.

Remember
the Labour
of Hercules involving the Hydra. As Hercules chopped off one head with his sword
another 3 grew back in its place.
As
Hercules chopped off the head, he cauterised it with the Sacred Fire, and thus
the heads grew no more. This is the secret of meditation taught in Energy
Enhancement, but for the fire, you have to wait a few Initiations!
The Hydra symbolises the mind. Its heads the many thoughts we have
which need to be dissipated through Energy Enhancement Initiation One,
meditation.

WAY TO ENLIGHTENMENT!
Prior to seeing the
"Initiation One" Video my 50 year old legs would go numb within 10 minutes
any time I tried to meditate sitting on the floor with legs crossed in "easy
position". After making the adjustments suggested in the video I can sit
for 40+ minutes without any sign of numbness or strain. I'm sure I'll be
able to go much longer with practice. An alternate method of sitting
"saddle style" was also shown and it too provided numbness and pain free
meditation.
The next part of the video
described how to align the spine so that it is square to the earth. Once in
alignment I could easily feel the current from the center of the earth
flowing though me. This was very energizing.
These two changes alone I
feel will dramatically impact my meditation progress for the better.
The breathing technique
given was not unlike techniques that I've used before. So it wasn't a major
breakthrough for me. However, with the above two changes I think any
breathing technique would be greatly enhanced.
Overall, I think that this
video gives the two most important and often overlooked keys to meditation.
First is finding a sitting position that is comfortable for a long duration
and second is squaring the body to tap into the earth's
energy system.

NANAK SAYS, BY SUBMISSION TO THE DIVINE ORDER WHICH IS PREORDAINED.
It was a dark moonless night; the clouds were heavy with rain because it was the monsoon season. Suddenly thunder sounded and lightning flashed as a few rain drops started to fall. The village was asleep. Only Nanak was awake and the echo of his song filled the air.
Nanak's mother was worried because the night was more than half over and the lamp in his room was still burning. She could hear his voice as he sang. She could restrain herself no longer and knocked at his door, "Go to sleep now, my son. Soon it will be dawn." Nanak became silent. From the darkness sounded the call of the sparrowhawk. "Piyu, piyu, piyu!" it called.
"Listen, mother!" Nanak called out. "The sparrowhawk is calling to his beloved; how can I be silent, because I am competing with him? I will call my beloved as long as he calls his -- even longer, because his beloved is nearby, perhaps in the next tree! My beloved is so far away. I will have to sing for lives upon lives before my voice reaches him." Nanak resumed his song.
Nanak attained God by singing to him; Nanak's quest is very unusual -- his path was decorated with songs. The first thing to be realized is that Nanak practiced no austerities or meditation or yoga; he only sang, and singing, he arrived. He sang with all his heart and soul, so much so that his singing became meditation; his singing became his purification and his yoga.
Whenever a person performs any act with all his heart and soul, that act becomes the path. Endless meditation, if halfhearted, will take you nowhere; whereas just singing a simple song with all your being merged in it, or dance a dance with the same total absorption and you will reach God. The question is not what you do, but how much of yourself you involved in the act.
Nanak's path to supreme realization, to godliness is scattered with song and flowers. Whatever he has said was said in verse. His path was full of melody and soft, filled with the flavor of ambrosia.
Kabir says: "My enchanted mind was so intoxicated that it drained the filled cup without caring to measure the quantity." So it was with Nanak: he drank without caring how much he drank; then he sang, and sang, and sang. And his songs are not those of an ordinary singer. They have sprung from within one who had known. There is the ring of truth, the reflection of God within them.
Now another thing about the japuji. The moonless night described at the beginning was an incident from Nanak's life when he was about sixteen or seventeen years of age. When the Japuji was conceived, Nanak was thirty years, six months and fifteen days old. The first incident refers to the days when he was still a seeker in quest of the beloved. The call to the beloved, the refrain, "Piyu, Piyu, Piyu ..." was still the sparrowhawk calling; he had not yet met the beloved.
The Japuji was his first proclamation after the union with the beloved. The sparrowhawk had found his beloved; the call of "Piyu, Piyu," was now over. The Japuji are the very first words uttered by Nanak after self-realization; therefore they hold a very special place in the sayings of Nanak. They are the latest news brought back from the kingdom of heaven.
The incident preceding the birth of the Japuji needs to be understood also. Nanak sat on the bank of the river in total darkness with his friend and follower, Mardana. Suddenly, without saying a word, he removed his clothes and walked into the river. Mardana called after him, "Where are you going? The night is so dark and cold!" Nanak went further and further; he plunged into the depths of the river. Mardana waited, thinking he would be out soon, but Nanak did not return.
Mardana waited for five minutes; when ten minutes had passed he became anxious. Where could he be? There was no sign of him. Mardana began to run along the shore calling to him, "Where are you? Answer me! Where are you?" He felt he heard a voice saying, "Be patient, be patient!" but there was no sign of Nanak.
Mardana ran back to the village and woke up everyone. It was the middle of the night, but a crowd collected at the riverside because everyone in the village loved Nanak. They all had some sense, a glimpse, of what Nanak was going to be. They had felt the fragrance of his presence, just as the bud gives off its fragrance before the flower has opened. All the village wept. They ran back and forth the whole length of the river bank but to no avail.
Three days passed. By now it was certain that Nanak had drowned. The people imagined that his body must have been carried away by the swift current and perhaps eaten by wild animals. The village was drowned in sorrow. Though everyone thought him dead, on the third night Nanak appeared from the river. The first words he spoke became the Japuji.
So goes the story -- and a story means that which is true and yet not true. It is true because it gives the essential truth; it is false in the sense that it is only symbolic. And it is evident that the more profound the subject matter, the greater the need for symbols.
When Nanak disappeared in the river, the story goes that he stood before the gate of God. He experienced God. There before his eyes stood the beloved he pined for, for whom he sang night and day. He who had become the thirst of his every heartbeat stood revealed before Nanak!
All his desires were fulfilled. Then God spoke to him, "Now go back and give unto others what I have given unto you." The Japuji is Nanak's first offering after he returned from God.
